The room is not very well planned. so were missing the space to comfortably store a suitcase with clothes and be able to take them out easily. Missed a gym, but while booking I knew there will be none

The area was great and so was the staff! Super easy check in/out! And I was able to store my luggage free of charge! The bed/bedding would be my only complaint. It was a very firm bed and thick pillows, I usually prefer firmer beds but it was too much for us personally!

The bed was hard. My back hurt every morning. The location is kind of far from the station, but not too bad. It just sucks when you had a full day of walking and then you still have to walk that extra 13 minutes or so from the station to the hotel.

I like the room but little far from tourist spot and station. I didnt spend much time there coz my time is limit. Anyways, it was great stay for one night.

Beds not the most comfortable

Hotel location requires some walking to the main areas of Shinjuku. Takes about 10 -15 min underground. Wifi download speed was between 100 - 115 mbps. However when playing an US server online game, latency was about 100ms higher than other hotels and of course this is YMMV. Hotel is on the older side. Decoration seems dated and room is not bright during the day. Needed to turn on the lights. AC is connected to a central unit. So room remained circulated when stepping out. Among similar budget hotels this one has a bigger lobby and 3 elevators. Bed is hard. Only has enough space to half open suitcase against the wall. No trash can in bathroom. Thin body towels.

15 min walk to Shinjuku Station. The breakfast is generous. The staff are helpful and kind. The accommodations are worth the price. No complaints.

It was very small and a bit far from train station even in SHINJUKU. The AC temp can only go down to 21 so its hard to sleep

Places is easier to find. About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Although the rooms are small, it is worth the price you pay. Breakfast is excellent and is buffet style. Nothing to complain about.

Very good location, neat the central transportation hub, great if you plan to explore Tokyo with public transport

Nice The mattress and the pillow! Too hard. At this point just dont put mattress pillow. I have to sleep with flight neck pillow
