Really good location, close to Metro Clean rooms, friendly staff The rooms are tiny, but not a surprise for Japan Good breakfast Breakfast was not the most varied, but quite ok

Only 2 washing machines for nearly 200 rooms, machines always in use

Location is close to train station and there is a family Mart and places to eat close by. It only 2 stops to get to Shinjuku station. The rooms are small and beds are too firm for me. We did figure out the mat they have Western style rooms on higher floors and I figured out too late that I could get a portable travel mattress pad from 3coins.

Self service luggage storage, drinks and toiletries Smoking room was too close to waiting room. The shower curtain was really short and hung right above the tub so water would get onto floor if you are careful.

The location was great to get around to other areas of Tokyo. The beds were hard although you could go to 3coins and buy a travel mattress topper. I figured that out too late.

coffee/ matcha machine in lobby. Staff not nice upon checking in. ez access to subway and market acrioss the street! Clean hotel. o they would not let you check in early not even 20 mins.,unless y oui wanted to pay full night stay. However they closed hotel/ rooms for the day due to electrical and plumbing upgrade whjile I was there for 4 days. They didnt even bother to compensate you for the hassle. A memo was posted in elevator the day before. Tghey should of jotified us upon check in. Deceitful!! The day I need to rterst due to back injury, I had no place to rest. Maybe 1/2 price breakfast? 10% off stay or even discount on return stay. Niced touch of ther coffee/matcha machine in lobby.

Curtains were dirty, lamps covered in dust, light went out, desk light was falling/hanging by a wire, bed cover had dark stains.

Location was convenient because it was surrounded by stores and restaurants. Small hotel, but clean with complete amenities that made our stay comfortable. I had a hard time communicating with the staff. I wasn't happy that I double paid for breakfast. I travelled with my husband and sister. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We paid cash for 3 people at the front desk. Apparently, the guy at the front desk charged my card when he asked for my room # and took the cash I gave him at the same time. I didn't know he was going to charge my card on file without asking for my signature. I only realized that my credit card was charged during checkout. I spent 30 minutes trying to communicate with your front desk, but they were having difficulty understanding me, even with the use of the translate app. I was so frustrated and just left upset.
