I thought it could be cleaner the restaurant below smelled really bad some times and the room was not super clean
-
The location was great, just far enough away from all the commotion to be queer but still close to all the fun stuff in Tokyo! The headboard shelf on the bed wasn’t cleaned before we stayed.
-
The location was great, very close to a connivence store, Shinjuku Gyoen Park and a quick walk or train to the heart of Shinjuku. The bed was comfortable and the room had a bit more space than other hotels I stayed at. The staff was very friendly! Also, the cafe on the ground floor is very cute and serves as a lounge in the morning for hotel guests. The bathroom was clean but some finishes were getting a bit worn.

This was a great location and comfy to come home to. Shower was hard for my boyfriend because he is tall.
-
Small, but that is expected.
-
After hours entrance is a fire escape door that is left open to the street meaning anyone could walk up to the room door.

The location The hotel was too small

Great location really close to Shinjuku-Gyoemmae Station (Marunuchi Line), shops and restuarants nearby, and a nice walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Our room had a tiny balcony and a little alcove with a desk and a fridge, which made our stay much more comfortable than it would have been otherwise. The option of eating on site was very helpful. I would have liked more space to put my bag, book, etc. but very good value at this price point. View of the street below, and some street noise, but not an issue.

The location was great and the room was larger than expected. Water pressure for shower and sink was a little low.
-
Great location. Very close to the train station, convenience store, and restaurants. Small rooms
-
The location to the station is so close. The room is bigger that others in tokyo. The reception workers were amazing and try to help in any issue. There was a lobby that we can sit and eat breakfast. There is FamilyMart shop in front of the hotel. Nothing.
-
Nice, small, well run, elevator access, great location

With a little change could be great

Location is highest value for this hotel; literal 2 minute walk from the nearest train station and plenty of food options and konbinis in the area for any immediate needs. The room fits 2 adults max as described as well as 4 check in luggages and 2 hand carrys with some maneuvering of the room (stacking luggages, etc). Facilities are adequate for the stay assuming you are out of the hotel exploring everything Japan has to offer. Hotel is a short walk to the shinjuku national garden that is gorgeous and tranquil to walk through. Please note that hotel staff are only present from 9am to 10pm so make sure your requests for towels or anything is made during those hours. There are also no laundry facilities- we went to Laundry Brisk in the area for that (not sponsored but they have a wash+dryer combo machine and coin sneaker machine!) Would recommend as a very good budget stay! Minimal yet adequate facilities, limited staff hours 9am-10pm

Good location and nice cute rooms.
-
The location is good. Close to the metro and several restaurants. Small room with a very noisy neighborhood. Not good value for money. The room keys are over engineered, for some reason.
-
Super small room.

Location, comfortable bed and toilet, quiet area but very central and well connected. The inconvenient fact that happened on the first day. The wc hadn’t been cleaned properly. As soon as we notified it, they promptly showed up and solved the problem.
