The location was great. Close to subway stations, food, and shopping. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The bathrooms were amazing. Our children were on a different floor which required juggling with key cards to gather together.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The room had small steps dividing the space, it was not very safe for children or in the dark.

The location to all train stations, convenience 7-11 stores, coffee shops, many restaurants . Too much crowds in the train stations.

the proximity to both train stops are decent. the staff was not friendly at all. we checked in late due to flight and also didn't collect water for the 1st day. at the last day of check out i asked for bottled water- all i get was a curt ; you do not get water on check out day- full stop. her face was in disgust as if i had asked for a huge favor.

Probably the best value you can get at Shinjuku, room was actually surprisingly big, considering how rooms in Japan is small. Price wasn't too bad either, and it's only 10 minute walking distance to the main street, which is actually nice since you can avoid all the noise and chaos. There are also lots of convenience stores near by (like around 5), great restaurants (ramen place), close-by gym facilities, and is only two minutes away from the subway station.

Front desk receptionist was very helpful and welcoming.

This is such a good hotel. In Shinjuku but not in the craziness, it's quite calm, one station away from Shinjuku station and just amazing room. Bigger than I expected.

The room was very clean and quiet and the location was very convenient. Absolutely no view as I stared at a brick wall. My biggest concern was with the staff as I found them rude and they always seemed to be bothered with any and all interactions. After coming from a fabulous hotel in Kyoto, it was a rude awakening. If you can stay away from the front desk staff, it would be a fairly decent hotel.

It has 3 beds It smells like smoke cigarette and when I reported it to the front desk, the lady just answered me it’s a non smoking facility. The bed is hard. Too expensive for the price.

Great location at Shinjuku, a couple of blocks from Gyoen National Garden, and within walking distance to Meiji Shrine. Very large bathroom for Tokyo. Although the room itself was pretty small, it is still above average for Tokyo and has lots of smart design tricks to maximize useful space (hangers, small shelves, etc). The reception and room photos don't exactly match reality. The building is a bit older and not as "shiny". But still clean and comfortable, so no complains.

It was pretty spacious for our girl’s trip with 4 people. It felt like our own little apartment. We liked how close it was to the metro. The staff was very kind, we asked them for restaurant recommendations one afternoon and they pointed us to a nearby spot that was delicious! It took us by surprise that the room was located in a different building from the front desk, but we didn’t mind it once we settled in.

No english speaking staff, rooms were given in building few mtrs away from main hotel...drag ur luggage on own, tiny elevator for large luggage.

The ventilation was very noisy and we couldnt turn it off. Didnt prevent us from sleeping good though!
