シャワー、洗面台、トイレ、ベッド周辺など、思いつく限りの設備が清潔に保たれていること あまり悪い評価は書かないのですが、他の方が宿泊先を選ぶ際の参考になればと思い記述します。 人に勧められないと思う理由: マットレスが硬い。薄い。座っていても、硬いと感じる。硬さの感覚としては、畳の上に直接寝ている感じです。枕も硬め。率直な感想は、なぜこのマットレスにしたのか理解が難しいです。 睡眠測定なのか、換気ファンなのかわからないが、カプセル内の機械音がうるさかったです。定期的にウィーンウィンと音を立てるので気になって眠れませんでした。普段不要なので持ってなかったのですが耳栓が必要でした、、、 カプセルホテルやホステルに普段よく泊まるので、私が特段繊細なわけではないと思いますし、寝れずに困ったこともあまりありませんが、今回は翌朝体が痛かったです。

Not much at all Luggage storage and showers on a differnet floor from sleeping pods. the area for teh luggage storage and showers, plus toilets was so cramped only 1 or 2 people could access their luggage at a time. After sight seeing all day and no charge left on my phone I would have appreciated being able to charge my phone in teh sleep pod while I selpt but no this was not an option.

Location is good, easily accessible to subway. Only 1 lift, have to wait very long. Many customers didn't pay attention to notice. Very few basins to wash up as well, should have a separate place for dressing up or drying hair.

The linen and towels are changed every day. They provide pj, slippers, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner and body gel. So you can travel lightly. We were also able to drop off our luggage before check in. (No luggage storage after check out. But near by station has coin lockers). Good value for money considering great location. Remember it’s low cost option for staying in Tokyo. Don’t expect 5-star facility. It’s clean and well maintained and it is all that matters. The pillow is…interesting. Feels like a bean bag of an awkward shape. I didn’t find it comfortable. The capsule is not sound proof as it just has privacy screen. Not a big concern for me but might be an issue for some. We stayed for 4 nights and by the end of the stay it was a bit tiring to share the space with strangers.

It was my first capsule hotel experience, and I think it was really quiet and fun. The facilities were very clean, the showers were very convenient and even though it was a bit crowded, the fact it was an all-women hotel made me feel very safe. They were very kind and understanding to me. Right outside the door, it's 2-Chome Shinjuku, so it's absolutely the perfect location for pride shenanigans with the girlies. Just don't sleep in the same pod! The beds were a little hard, but I didn't mind that. The blanket was very comfortable, but the pillow was not very soft. The loungewear they provided was actually quite nice, but the slippers were pretty cheap.

It was quiet and easy to find Not the property. The provided clothes are size small. It’s to be expected in Japan so just bring your own sleep clothing.

The location is in a place with many drunk people nearby, which made me a bit scared to go grab some food at night ^^;

Just the regular stuff you would expect from a hostel in general.

Fantastic location! Very comfortable pods. The pods look interesting and futuristic so it was a fun spot for my friend's first pod hotel. The lockers weren't quite big enough for a large suitcase.

Bad ventilation. The rooms were quite hot and damp-smelling. There’s only one elevator. With all the guests, it’ll make at least four stops.

people make noise at night they dont understand their voice passes through even if they whisper but the property was not the problem

It is not so far away from the Station and has easy access to diners and convenience stores. As usual, the property is clean and organized. The only cons was the other foreigners staying that time, they’re kinda noisy that disrupted my sleep.

It was convenient and reasonably price. You have everything you might need- you get pijamas, toiletries, clean towels and slippers. It’s also great for women traveling alone, we felt comfortable and safe. The location itself can get busy and has a lot of bars but we still felt safe walking at night. Locker space is limited and you don’t have space to really open your luggage and dig through. This is a good place if you are traveling lightly and only need to stay 1 or 2 nights max. The experience also depends heavily on the crowd staying for the night. Some nights were better than others in terms of respect when using shared common areas. The staff was nice and busy keeping everything clean, but we didn’t really get the most helpful customer service. The staff was only there to keep the spaces clean and didn’t interact with guests or were able to help with other things like luggage forwarding questions etc.

so clean with fresh pj's and sheets for the pod each day as well as shower facilities and a secure locker to store your stuff If you're a light sleeper you'll struggle to sleep it does get noisy like all capsules and hot very hot in the pods If you stay plan to travel light and accept you won't be getting a full ,8hr sleep

It is clean and well maintained. Hope there is more space for lounge.
