A Lot of noise at night I think my room was next to the air conditioning

The location. It’s a perfect hotel to stay, for those who want to enjoy the night life in Shinjuku Nichome. A few minutes walk to everything you need during your stay (e.g., subway stations, convenience stores, post office, cafes, bunch of restaurants and bars, etc.) The tiny bedroom and bathroom. Not suitable for travelers with many baggages. There is only one elevator which can accommodate just a couple of people, which means you might be required to fight for the elevator with other guests and housekeepers during the checkout hour.

Not so good Not clean

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. I would stay there again. The only drawback of this hotel -- and it is a "small" one -- is that the rooms, including the bathroom, are quite tight. It was OK, I didn't mind, and Japanese rooms are a bit smaller. And it was Tokyo, very crowded, so you might expect that. Bathroom may not work well for someone with a large BMI

Convenient Toilet difficulty wash out
-
Very good location, well connected, short walk to city centre and staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the Wi-Fi. I think the Wi-Fi needs some upgrades because during my stay I kept getting disconnected.

Special thanks to Baba and Saline for helping me! Toilet might need some work.
-
I didn't like the layout of thr hotel, however; i feel I got exactly what I paid for.
-
Its a good Hotel that meets one’s basic/functional needs. The Hotel is simple,on a peaceful, safe area with short walk(very accessible) to Shinjuku downtown center & Train station. No fuss, much appreciated. Nothing
-
Good value for area. Cheap and close to Shinjuku sanchome station. So location is really good. Staff is nice. Rooms got cleaned often enough I feel like rooms could be cleaner and the beds were not that comfy. Washroom was really small and shower stall had a cutout so basically 2 ceilings with one lower than the rest of the ceiling. If you are over 5’8 it will be very uncomfortable to be honest.
-
Convenient location in a walkable area. Close to eating options and Shinjuku Station. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed including conveniently placed power outlets. The free laundry facilities are an added bonus.
-
Great location, near many bars, restaurants, and convenient shops. The room is small, as most of the hotel rooms in Tokyo but it has everything you may need. Subway stations are nearby. A good spot to discover Tokyo. Nothing.
-
Wifi was absolutely unusable, was getting 10 down and 2 up. Had to burn hot spot and even then was tough. Slightly early checkout
-
The mattress was very hard.
-
Clean with amenities like a robe and sandals. Nice soap and shampoo/conditioner.
-
Great location right by the Shinjuku Sanchome station, quick walk via the unground passage to Shinjuku station and by great nightlife in the immediate area. Clean and comfortable. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The noise of the construction next door was very loud, the room was very small with shower and sink directly in the room. Lobby was normally too warm to sit in. Archaic physical key and keychain. Please update to RFID key and key card. Even app access would be good!

The location, that was it though. The bed was really uncomfortable, the shower was very small, no sento or onsen, no real facilities at all, this is a bare bones hotel and everything seemed dated and minimal

Good

Location, amenities, service, reception, cleanliness, smoking area. Free washing machines and dryers (you have to bring soap). I stayed in the superior double room. Small room and bathroom with few hanging racks for clothes. Hard bed. The hallway on the 6th floor had a bad smell. There is a small staircase at the entrance to the reception and I did not see any wheelchair accessibility.
