Near family mart Small elevator , has an annex bldg but only on the 2nd floor passageway. Very tight space. Old building. Subject for demolition Lost keycard ¥3000 !!

the hotel just oke, even though it is full of dusk. The Front Desk Staff SUPER RUDE!!!!! The Old Big Guy Yelling at me, he has a worst pronunciation of English, and also how he treat tourist super bad! i know lately japanese people really disturbing with tourist, but if you don't like the tourist than you don't ever work in hospitality field especially that you always meet tourist/new person everyday. Actually i'm just okay with the hotel, but this old big front desk guy i can't accept the way he treat me!

The hotel's a little old, and the room was kinda dusty.

Simple, no-frills stay in a very convenient location. The staff was helpful and responsive, especially the younger guy at the front desk who helped us immediately when we had issues. We stayed here for a full week and would definitely stay again! Not necessarily cons, but two things to note: we didn’t know we’d be placed in the second building, which required taking two separate elevators to get to our room. Additionally, they didn’t provide hand soap or lotion.

Room looked much better than on pictures Check-in at exactly 3PM, everything went alright, staff knew enough english to explain everything All felt clean, despite the hotel seeming to be on the older side There was enough space to open our two suitcases Very near to Shinjuku Plenty of small stores around - 7/11, FamilyMart, Lawson (all non-stop) Side street location also shielded us from the noise of the traffic Super fast checkout Room was very small - double bed as well (JPN standards are just different than those in the EU) Bathroom was even smaller, for a 190cm guy, I had issues standing straight in the bathroom + even sitting on the toilet as there wasn't enough space Windows didn't insulate properly - sound wasn't an issue really, but cold got easily through (upside was that somehow, the window curtains managed to block it) Unnecessary towel change every day
