The hotel is in a quiet street right around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
-
We only stayed here for a night, but we really liked the hotel. It is at a very convenient location, close to Shinjuku station (10 min walk), and close to a lot of restaurants, but in a quiet area. Nice facilities, easy check in, personnel at the reception were very nice. It was perfect for our last night back in Tokyo, easy to get to the limousine bus back to the airport.
-
The location The smoking room was next to the lobby and elevators. You smell smoke every time you enter and leave the building. Also the beds are not flat.
-
The location! very close to the main train station made it easy to get around, lots of things within walking distance as well There is a smoking room on the first floor so has a heavy scent of cigarette smoke in the lobby, the room however did not smell at all
-
The staff was very helpful! The location was excellent and I was close to everything!
-
Small bed and rooms
-
Super clean, nice size for 2 people. None
-
The rooms are so tiny and the lobby stinks like cigarette because there is a smoking area in the lobby
-
Justo nos llovió mucho y los paraguas que prestaba el hotel fueron de mucha ayuda.
-
_The room was clean and I have nice view outside. Room exactly as describe. everything was pretty good for the price, location.
-
Price was good Smoking hall is in lobby so both first floor and second floor smells like cigarettes. Laundry machine does not dry well and the bed is pressed up against the wall directly under the curtains which is gross because the curtains touch you when you sleep and we know they arent replaced.

Via Inn was the best hotel of our 23-day Japan trip. The best part was the ease of sending luggage to another accommodation; the hotel itself handles the entire shipping and payment process. The soundproofing is great, we were able to use the laundry without stress, and the location is fantastic. The amenities are very useful, especially the coffee and pajamas provided. The room was spacious with a desk, compared to the other rooms on the trip. We were able to use the iron several times. The shower is wonderful. When we chose not to have housekeeping, we received a change of towels and pajamas at our room door. The pillows are hard, but the bed is still very comfy

Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The location was excellent - an easy walk to most of the main attractions in Shinjuku, an even easier walk to public transportation. The three major convenience stores were with two blocks. The best ramen I’ve eaten was right across the street, and the best breakfast option was a hostel a half block away. We knew the room would be tiny, and it was, but we adjusted all right. We ended up staying 12 nights, and it became our home away from home. But if we (two adults) had had two suitcases each rather than one, space would have been a problem - no closet, no storage space for luggage.
-
Super clean, easy access, great people working there. No space for suitcase.. and early check in was super expensive.
-
Was walking distance to Shinjuku and all the fun, few blocks away from golden gai Room was extremely small, didn’t have a big enough and comfortable common area in the lobby like the other hotels we stayed in had
-
The hotel is very close to the Shinjuku Gyoen National park. Staff are very helpful. I stored my luggages here before and after checking in/checking out. I also enjoyed their breakfast here. I like the hotel room is neat and it has nice interior and appliances. It’s a very compact space. It can barely fit in two people with two big luggages to walk inside the hotel.

The location is excellent because very close to the underground and the main station. Just around the corner there is a supermarket and just 10 minutes away the main streets of the area. The stuff is very helpful. Breakfast could be improved. But is good.

Clean, great staff, nice and cozy and comfortable Room is a little small but you can expect that with Tokyo. Pillows weren’t very comfortable
