Loved the small amenity section and the cozy roof patio was a great place to unwind. Happy to have windows that open a small amount for fresh air. Triple room was comfortable for 3 of us.

Great location, close to 7-11, Family Mart and subway. Shower was a nice size and pressure was amazing. Washer and dryer all in one was very handy, only brought 3 days worth of clothes for a week. Used the rest of my suitcase for purchases. The staff was very friendly every time we went up for ice water for the evening. I would stay here again.

Good location and comparatively spacious than other places in Tokyo Well staff could have been more cooperative and cleaning service was available only ones in 3 days

The staff in the lobby was excellent - friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet. The coffee machine and terrace are nice. The elevators are prompt, combination washer/dryer works well. Security seems quite adequate. Mattresses are comfortable and bed linens are very nice. The location is close to a subway station, multiple convenience stores Located near some bars with risque photos that are not appropriate for younger children. Having said that, it felt safe to walk around the neighborhood.

I like how clean and roomy the rooms are. Enough space for 4 people. The shower is ver nice. The location of the hotel is perfect! Not too far from everything and not too close to the hustle and bustle. I wish there was an iron to iron my wrinkled clothes.

Terrace on the lobby floor gave us a place to relax and spent time with other family staying at the hotel.

Perfect introduction to Tokyo

The room was exceptionally comfortable for the three of us. Loved the staff and lobby with outside terrace to rest our feet and refresh our bodies after long days exploring Tokyo. A 10 minute walk to the action with easy access to metro.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Shinjuku (stayed June 2026). Quiet and peaceful tucked away from a busy street. Staff was great. Hardly saw any of the other hotel guests. Room was quite large for a family of 3. One bed was a bunk bed, which was fine. We were only a five minute walk from a metro station. The larger Shinjuku Station was about 15 minute walk but easily accessible through the feeder station. Staff changed out towels and trash every day. Cleaning was every three days. We stayed 20 days and loved it. Close to stores and restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Convenience stores just across street. Lovely, huge park a 10 minute walk. Nice neighborhood, some small bars and nightclubs nearby but there was never any issue walking around the neighborhood at night. I would recommend &Here Shinjuku 100 percent. Had free coffee, tea and chilled water in lobby. Lovely outdoor deck to relax. Loaned out umbrellas during rainstorms. The hotel has a modern, new feel. It was our first time to Tokyo (lovely city) and we couldn't have picked a better home away from home. Nothing.

The location is quite convenient to the subway and the Shinjuku neighborhood. We had a room with 4 beds that was compact but very well laid out. It even had a washer/dryer. There were additional community washers in the entry floor. The rooftop terrace was nice for relaxing/having a morning coffee.

Was not as close to the train stations as I expected.

Great location, great value for money! &HereShinjuku was fantastic. It was so handy having a washing machine in the room, the room was a great size, and the hotel was very easy to find. I would highly recommend this hotel for families; plenty of space, close to the train lines, Shinjuku Sumo and the park. Plenty of restaurants to select from nearby. I don't often leave reviews, but we couldn't have been happier with this hotel!

Very new. Less than 1 year old. Very clean. They have great skin care products that are complementary. The pads that you can use for your feet are wonderful especially after walking long distances.

Nice hotel and nice room. The hotel is located at a gay bar area where there are some posters that not suitable for the minors. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the JR station.
