Rooms are too small for a couple, good for a solo traveler. Having no light from outside is a major downside for me.

It was quirky. Complimentary matcha latte on tap. And the location was spot on. Just a tad too small for luggage. But we made do regardless.

Location It's what they call "love hotel" where you can just book a room to "REST" for day use. The room was very small. It might be good for a single traveler - from the space perspective. The location is good.

very close to everything in Shinjuku especially that Gyoen National Park which we enjoyed a lot, lots of freebies. train station 2 minutes away. none

Ideal location to Shinjku station, we arrived late however lots of restaurants near by were open late. Check-in was fast, room was small but clean, great AC (yes in Nov.) lots of free drinks, snacks and personal toiletries. Everything

Great location in relation to the places I wanted to go out to at night. And they really leaned into the theme, which was cute. The 1 single elevator was a bit inconvenient when trying to leave but it is a small hotel so it’s just something to adjust to.

Lots of amenities and F&B that are free to take. The location in Shinjuku is great, just 5min away from the busiest areas and lots of shopping and F&B places around. For staying a night it's fantastic, but not recommended for prolonged stays given its size. It's very small, but with a very efficient floorplan. Expect to see a variety of guests that 'use' that establishment. But the activity happens on other floors so you only face them in the lobby. Not necessarily bad if you know what to expect.

Cute little room, great amenities in the lobby, nice staff. Loved there were free drinks and snacks in the lobby as well as any item you may have forgotten/need (toothbrush, loofa, lotion, etc) The rooms didn’t have much soundproofing, so we could hear TVs and people in the hallway late into the night.

Lovely room. Cosy and cute very good for a romantic couple! Interesting Japanese toilet. Very quiet and very well situated.

Very small room with a descent size bathroom. Staff is friendly. No Breakfast but plenty of choices near the hotel. Small free "convenient style" free amenities bar at reception with some snacks and a bar A breakfast :)
