Bay view room was amazing with view of the tokyo bay, especially night was good. Location also good, inside a mini mall, with lot of shops and eating joints (Subway was our favorite :) ). Just a short walk from the Monorail station its very conveniently located. Has a great ambience. once again, better vegetarian options for breakfast could have been taken care for tourists who are looking for vegetarian food...Otherwise the ambience etc. was cool

Location Didn’t allow single room for the family which could easily be accommodated in one room with 2 queen bed

Hotel Holiday Inn has no bike parking. Made it difficult for my Japan cycling trip.

The staff is awesome. Very respectful and helpful. The room is not cooling enough complained about it but they said that air conditioning is not individual controlled it was control by the facility of the building. It stays warm inside I’m not happy about.

Room also feel comfortable. Breakfast is good, anyway, if allow customer to do it by ourselves, it would feel more interested. It is quite far from office area. And we have to take Taxi to back to hotel only. Cannot walk.

It's located very close to the monorail, so it's very convenient to go to and from Haneda airport. The hotel view is beautiful. It's all good except it could get a little bit expensive if you travel a lot, everywhere you go you'll need to travel by the monorail first then make transfer.
