What a great place to stay

they have a japanese spa free to use there did not issue me a receipt as requested. booking.com does not issue receipts anymore , instaed I have to argue with hotels that they issue a receipt for the money I paid to booking.com. weird? anoying. no help from b.com no help from the hotels. gave up after 30 mins. last time that i used b.com

Not too far from the train. Perfect if you’re coming from another part of Japan and need a place to sleep before a flight. Free breakfast, free drinks, and the onsen was great. For the price it’s great Could be cleaner and better, but you know what you’re signing up for

Room was a little small

This was a nice hotel on a street with a few other restaurants. I took advantage of the sento (its city water so its not an onsen). It is small but a good staring point if you wish to emerge yourself into the culture. Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice option to get you going in the morning. This is a business hotel but there were several foreign tourists there with us.

The breakfast was great. It was delicious Japanese and western options meals.

It's a little far from Shinagawa Station, but otherwise everything was perfect. Would stay again!

Small & Compact room. Convenient down stairs area for breakfast and was also able to use throughout the afternoon and evening. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Option to choose your own pillow from a selection of pillow types neatly stored in a convenient area located opposite the lift when heading of to your room. Hot and cold drink machines were accessible 24/7. Complimentary bathroom products were also available opposite the reception desk. Train and bus services were easily accessible. 5-10 minute walk from the property. Small convenient store was located just across the road from the property. Many other convenient store shops also a short walk from the property. Plenty of local restaurants located by a short walking distance from the property. Staff were always welcoming and polite. No dislike comment.

The facilities and amenities were excellent. The staff we friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. I could sometimes hear the guests in the room next to us talking.

Lovely place to stay and the staff were very helpful.

Rooms were cramped and uncomfortable. Beds were uncomfortable with box spring directly on the floor. Terrible pillows.

Loved the free breakfast. In a great location, close to the family mart and station. It was comfortable for the two of us. The bed was a little hard but I have a bad back so that could of been the issue.

I loved drink bar and the fact that the rooms had beds that were bigger than usual. It’s not the most convenient. It is still a decent 10 minute walk away from the station but the station itself was not very well served by the train lines. So it is very far from most train lines. The rooms were a bit old and looked a bit old. Breakfast was included but the time was extremely limited. 830 is too early to end breakfast service. I could not access the public bath at all. I managed to access it one night but couldn’t access it at all after that. Because there were no staff past midnight I couldn’t get anyone to help me.

Easy 5mn walk to train station, buses nearby too, few shops close by, easy check in, great staff, good small Onsen, good continental breakfast, would stay again.

I enjoyed available onsen, it was nice that you could pick a wanted size pillow for yourself, staff was very friendly and helped me as much as they could. There were a lot of different free drinks and even open bar for few hours. Breakfast could have been more diverse. As I stayed more than one night I had to eat the same thing every morning (and I'm not picky).
