Service is good , the breakfast is great! Room is small, but it’s understandable in Tokyo

The room was small.

Clean and quiet. Cocktail bar. Also breakfast is not big choice but good quality. Small bathroom but is a standard in Japan

The highlights were the friendly and professional staff, the delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes, the aesthetically pleasing reception and dining areas, and the unexpected complimentary extras. The hotel is located away from the busy touristic areas of the city center, but very close to train and subway stations for access to points of interest. Some of the areas of the hotel are very nice, and the room and the common spaces looked like they were cleaned as one would expect, but other aspects of the facilities need some attention. The carpets in the common areas as well as the room were very stained and worn, and some of the walls were also stained and scuffed. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, probably related to these issues, but fortunately there was an air purifier which helped. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the look and feel of the hotel, to match the high quality of other aspects.

We liked the public bath, also that we got clean towels even if we didn’t ask for the cleaning. Very unique that you could choose your own pillow based on your preferences. Nice Japanese breakfast.

The place is clean and well-maintained, with complimentary drinks and amenities adding to the experience. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The room is slightly compact.

Nice hotel in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, had a great wellness focus? Didn't enjoy the standard straw pillows, was lucky to get another more standard pillow, seemed others agreed as I took the last one!

The staff are very polite and accommodating. Food served is so tasty and fresh. Rooms and common areas are very clean. The location is close to the train station which is convenient. Room is small, we could hardly open our luggages.

Hotel is in a lovely area, staff are very friendly, beakfast tasty. There are onsens and all facilities that you can need. Keep it in mind, if you have a tattoo then onsen for you is prohibited, but you can take sample of bath treatment from the receptionist and use bath in your room. -

Was overall very good regarding the room Staff spoke very poor English and weren’t the nicest. We arrived early for check but had to wait until 15:00 on the dot to check in. There were pillows in the lobby for selection but when we came back there where no more pillows and after asking the reception they said there are no more. We had to check out early and they couldn’t accommodate anything for us for breakfast.

Quaint but definitely worth the price. Breakfast was great and staff was so friendly. Really enjoyed my stay.
