No changes for me.

Location was easy to find, walking distance (2 mins) to a Seven Eleven & Grocery Store. 3 mins walk to restaurant! Check-in process via tablet with instructions sent morning of check-in. Process was smooth and easy!!! They have an elevator as well for families traveling with many luggages. 10:00am check out time. But you can request additional hours if you request in advance for additional fee I believe!

The check in was annoying. If I book you through Booking.com. I don't want to come in after a hard day and fill in a bunch of information about myself on a tablet. A bit far from the train station if you have luggage, it can be hard.

Its self check in hotel which is easy and comfortable. Room is clean with all amenities provided. Location is quite far from subway. The bed is quite small and thin.
-
Facilities and location Compare to upper floor, size of the room was too small for three people
-
rom size complicate to get access to the room, can no store luggages . they leave all the laundry in the stairs so not really safe.but the online staff try to help me to get my luggage that I have sent in advance by post.

The hotel was placed in a really nice neighbourhood. It is a bit off from the station so if you have a lot to carry that would be a hassle. All in all, a really good experience. No issues experienced!

Quiet location, nice neighborhood. Complete amenities and facilities. Clean. Staff although contact through message were very responsive ad helpful. Near 7 Eleven and Family Mart. Location although very nice, was not close by to train station. Maybe convenient enough for adults, but if traveling with kids and big luggages is a bit troublesome.

For my family of 7 (includes 2 children under 12) , this was a perfect sized accomodation to fit all of us comfortably. 1 bunk bed, 2 singles and a sofa bed meant everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep on. There was a small kitchenette where we could cook if we wanted to and a washing machine, plus a dining area. It was a spacious unit and much better than we had expected. Checking in was simple - just follow the instructions on the email received (ours was sent a day before we arrived). There is a security code for the main entrance door and a separate security code for the unit you are in. Location was between 2 train stations, one a 5 minute walk (Aomono-yokocha) and another a 10 minute walk (Oimachi) depending where you are headed to in Tokyo itself. There were several convenience stores located close by. The walk to the Oimachi station had an alley way full of restaurants and we were spoilt for choice. **I notice it is a popular area in the weekends. And when you reach the station, across the road are several local shopping centers. We liked that we just had to take 1 train (15-20min ride) to Shinjuku and Shibuya areas and more.. **oh..and also 20 mins away from Haneda airport by train. Overall, if you are looking for a bigger space, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still with convenient access and value for money, I would recommend this for larger families or groups. nil

Great location. We were a family of 5 and the room had plenty of space even with luggages. Close to convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Family Mart. Has access to 2 train stations Oimachi and Aomono-Yokocho both walking distance. Oimachi station has a large grocery store and some restaurants. The already narrow stairs were partially blocked with big bags of linen in stacks which makes it unsafe to use. One time going down, a bag of linen got caught and almost toppled down the steps.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to so that none of you have to endure what my family and I went through. My family, boyfriend, and I stayed from November 9th to the 14th. We had gone shopping for souvenirs and gifts for friends and relatives on November 11th. Thinking that we were in a safe place, we left our tax-free bags out in the open of our room. We had asked for some laundry detergent to be left at our doorstep that day. The following day when we came back from exploring (the 12th), we never noticed the bags were gone, but we did find an odd amount of towels (12 hand towels and 12 body towels to be exact) and detergent in our room on the couch. We never requested towels nor did we ask the detergent to be left inside the room. They first violated our privacy by entering our room, and then violated our trust by stealing two of our bags costing about $400 total. We suspect that the reason we had received towels when we didn’t ask for any is so that the employee could enter the room and use the same bag that held the towels to put our merchandise in it to conceal the tax-free bags. I never thought to check which tax-free bags I had packed and didn’t have packed, as I thought nothing was stolen directly from our room. But when we got home and unpacked our belongings, we realized they never made it into our luggage. They were not stolen from us at the airport as all the luggages were at full capacity without those bags. They were stolen from our room. Initially, guest services were happy to help and to check security cameras for us. We were sent a screenshot of security footage dated November 11th and were told that there were no employees who entered the building on the 12th. I asked for them to check footage from the 12th and if they offered any sort of reimbursement or compensation for this unacceptable situation and I have received no response since. This behavior is completely...

A nice and spacious room that has all the necessary facilities. We stayed with 4 people, so the 4 beds took up a bit more space than seen in the picture, but there was still enough space to move around. The accommodation is about a 6 minute walk from Aomono-Yokochō station. While the location is not bad, it is mildly far away (about 30 minutes by train) from popular locations in Tokyo, such as Asakusa, Akihabara or Shibuya. This is not necessarily a bad thing since Shinagawa is a nice place, but it might be something worth noting if you intend to visit the aforementioned locations.

The room was clean and slept all 5 of us just fine. It was everything we needed. We didn’t love the big bags on the stairs that we think were full of linens and the beds were not very comfortable.
-
Room is nice and comfortable for 3 of us. It is clean and check-in/check-out process was smooth. Lack of towel hangers. The auto messaging via email is quite annoying. Even the pre-registration was done, it kept asking us to do it.
