HOTEL METROPOLITAN OIMACHI TRACKS TOKYO

Excellent location for a base for exploring Tokyo - it’s above a very well connected station so no long walks to a tube stop. Great sized rooms, bigger than the average for Tokyo and the price. Decent beds, outstanding shower (good pressure) lots of amenities such as ice machines, gym, etc. Roof bar is also lovely. Welcome drinks in the afternoons are a classy touch, get the Mango and Cherry one; it’s fantastic. Smoking room was well ventilated and always clean. Hotel and entire complex are quite new so everything in tip top condition. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance if you’re too tired to go far after a day exploring. We didn’t have a breakfast so can’t attest to the quality but it’ll be great I’m sure. Staff also brilliant, helpful and friendly. Check in and out was smooth and fast, it is a fantastic place to stay. Nothing, it was basically 10/10 in every way.

I used a taxi from the airport, and the guidance on how to get to the hotel lobby was unclear.

The hotel was comfortably situated right above the station. Easy access to lot of places within Tokyo. A very short drive from Haneda airport which makes it even more easier There is a kiosk for check in. One has to do a lot of stuff on their own to check in, there are people to help but when i book a hotel i would rather have the hotel staff do the hard work for me. Amenities were very basic and can be upgraded

This new hotel is super close to the train station, which is great for getting around. It's a bit out of the city center, but you can still get to most Tokyo spots in about 30 minutes. Plus, there's a restaurant and supermarket right downstairs, which is pretty handy.

i loved the vibe of the hotel and how convenient of a spot it was. it was one of my favorite stays & i loved coming back to it after a long day! i loved everything about it!

The stay and experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were plentiful and room was spacious. Very close to transit line, shops, and restaurants.

Very soothing wood based aroma. Rooftop bar is breathtaking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with 3 main dish choices: English breakfast, Japanese and Mexican. I was struggling to find the entrance which is on 5F. And don’t get off the main metro exit, it’s far and inconvenient with suitcases. You have to go through the Track Exit which is at a corner in the station.

The location was very good and there were a large selection of restaurants nearby. The room was on the smaller side.

Very near the train station. Literally just below the hotel Since it’s new, uber drivers and hotel transfer services are having a hard time looking for the the hotel drop off point. Management should update the google maps so it’s easily found by drivers.
