Route Inn is a great short-term business class hotel, similar to Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn in the U.S. Travelers are in Japan, so they should expect to have smaller rooms, but they are clean, efficiently designed, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel.

I won't lie, I wasn't really expecting much when I booked this hotel. However, the hotel was quite nice. The room was the size I was expecting but I was traveling solo and it was a base, not the place I intended to spend most of my time. The lobby, amenities, and staff were great. I would definitely stay here again. The check out time was earlier than I would have liked but they have the ability to pay for a later checkout so it's not a big deal.

Buffet breakfast very good, lots of choice and space to sit and eat. Helpful staff, good location near shops and train station. Rooms were a bit small, but that's normal for Tokyo.

Location’s convenient to Haneda and central Tokyo. Short walk to Oimachi’s three train lines. Tons of nearby stores and restaurants. Typical Japanese business hotel. Rooms are smallish but well-equipped and immaculate. Service is flawless. Low price. Nice breakfast included. All good.

It is close to Oimachi station and has easy access to Tokyo downtown. The front staff was welcoming and friendly. The single room is small so a better design and layout of the furniture could go long. A small desk under the tv should be enough. Get rid of the sofa and table in the 10square meters room.

Great place especially for the cost, as well as including free breakfast which was delicious. Short walk away from the train station and excellent and polite staff who also spoke english. The bathroom facilities were very clean and came with free shampoo, body wash, shaving foam, and razor The room was rather small, but it was also just a single bed so it was to be expected. There was a good use of space so as to still be comfortable despite the size.
