The rooms were great. 22nd floor with view of downtown and Mt Fuji. Loved the towel replacement service each day. Beds were comfortable, shower was awesome. Breakfast was outstanding - best we had on our two week trip to Japan. Have never experienced such a wide variety of good quality food to eat for breakfast. Location was excellent. In a newer area of Tokyo with lots of shopping, restaurants, convenience stores and grocery store only 5 minute walk away. Was also only a few minutes from the train station to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yokohama, and Tokyo main station. It is a little bit of trek by train to get to the Shinigawa Shinkansen, but Uber was less than 15 minutes away, so not an issue. We would stay here again. Only thing I did not like was that that the outlet and charging ports were so far away from the bed, so had to walk to the desk to turn off my iPhone alarm in the morning - a minor inconvenience. Would have been nice to have a charging unit between the beds.

First impression of the hotel lobby was very beautiful, staff in the lobby was very nice and informative. The breakfast had a full assortment of Easter and Western cuisine. My whole family loved all of the options. The hotel room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I did not like that you had to have the room key inserted in the card holder to make sure electricity in the room was functioning. The AC would turn off when we left so coming back to a hot room was uncomfortable. The bathrooms seemed dirty on the walls and ceiling and little tiny bugs were crawling/jumping around. The rooms were a tad small so it would not fit all of our luggage comfortably, although it was nice that the reception was able to hold some of our luggage during our stay.

The room was uncomfortably hot and muggy. Bathroom has poor ventilation, which causes a musty smell. Elevators have poor sensors that cause the doors to close too quickly.

First room smelled like musty smoke, was not renovated and was small. Did not like it but it was at least clean. Second larger room was bigger & renovated but didn’t feel much bigger as the layout is very awkward. They kept our luggage for us between room changes which was nice. Awkward layout of larger bunk bed rooms, smoke smell, can only communicate via email when not on premises and they do not respond quickly.

I love the location, the hotel, the amenities, and the service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The view of the lobby was stunning! The room was super small. I hope I can get another try to the hotel.

Great location if attending expo's at Tokyo Big Site! Small rooms with limited facilities

Location. Station was nearby, shopping and eatery nearby. The laundry facility that they had at the hotel. Dryer wasn't drying well so it took a really long time to dry clothes. Because of that, it was easy for other hotel guests to call front desk to remove our laundry even though it wasn't done. Had to find a 24hr laundromat at 2AM because a guest had call to remove our clothes even though the machine was still going.

The Location The hotel carpets were dirty, the bathroom was small. I found a couple long hairs on my bed sheets. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel room. This hotel can not be 4 Stars

The location is great, Renkai Line is just below the hotel building and there are bus stops and taxi stand outside the building. There are two convenience stares nearby, AEON Dept. Store is also near and so many food outlets near the hotel. Our room size is very good, spacious for a family of three adults and have a cabinet to hang our clothes but the carpet looks dirty, so many stains.

Very convenient location near the airport limousine drop off and pick up point, next to a train station and an Aeon Mall complex. Hotel elevator went all the way down to the B1 level of the mall so easy covered access to the shops as well as the Shinagawa Seaside train station. None
