Location No cleaning for the room on daily bases
-
Staff was super nice and helpfull. Good location in a quiet street in one of the best parts of the city. 2 of the best restaurants I tried are real close. Cleaning rules can get a bit annoying, but I understand why they are on place.

Location, express checkout, luggage storage before checkin
-
The location was a great location with wide travel exit points very near by.
-
location. it was perfectly located around everything we wanted to visit in akihabara room could be a bit bigger
-
Some creepy people are lurking around the area at night.

The streets at night

The streets outside and around are very busy during the rush hours maybe some people could find that stressing. Is only 1 washing machine with a drier I recommend check around for coin laundry!

The best location in Akihabara, no regrets at all, we stayed there practically a whole week and travel around Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura. We shop like crazy and leave the bags at the hotel and went back for more !. Sadly we make a lot of garbage from the shopping but the cleaning staff help us with everything!! The best of apa is definitely their staff 10/10. Breakfast was very good ! People may find stressing the hotel is in a busy area, think about it, the station, restaurants, stores are all around it. For us was very convenient. There is only one coin laundry so tend to be very busy, ask the staff where is the nearest coin laundry around.

I have stayed at more than 15 APA hotels, and while this location is exceptional for where it is located, some aspects of the hotel aren't as nice as other APA hotels. I choose this location when I want to be right in Akihabara, I accept that this means 2 or 3 times the price of APAs in neighboring areas/cities in Tokyo; My last stay did include a room with somewhat dingy and rough furniture. The office chair was so grimy and broken that I would have preferred no chair, there were weird unknown spills on the Yukata. Still, staying next to Akihabara Station is usually very expensive no matter what hotel you choose. I would recommend this APA to anyone whose not overly picky about minor cleaning or the quality of furniture in their room. If youre okay walking 10-15 minutes to Akihabara or riding a train, you may find APA hotels that are a better value and with higher standards for rooms. In summary, it's probably the best option if your only criteria are being as close as possible to Maid and Otaku areas of Akihabara

Around midnight, The area outside of the hotel just by the 7-11 has a few suspicious people who offer illegal services which did not used to be there in the past. This made the daily return to the hotel rather uncomfortable, but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The hotel itself is great.

It was a great place to stay near a train station allowing for easy access and travel across the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff made check-in and out easy. Would come stay again!

Close to everything Noisy and my room we could not open the window or see outside to see the weather. Included breakfast was disappointing. Same thing offered for the 8 days there.
-
very central location, clean , well equipped bathroom, easy check in with pleasant staff , great cafes & restaurants & shops on the doorstep, 7 - 11 store on the same street, fridge in room only one lift so quite a long wait at peak times. abit noisy at times if window open as next door to the station.

Very limited laundromats.

Superb
-
Convenient location and all the nessacary facilities including on site restaurant, vending machines, public microwave, and ice machine. Plenty of other dining options in the immediate vicinity and just across the street from Akihabara Station.
-
Good location and fine price but in the morning at breakfast the restaurant was half stocked and nobody was controlling it for like 30 minutes there were empty jugs for water and both juices so for person who do not want coffee or tea there was nothing to drink. Two times there were old or hard bread. Sometimes no eggs or little to no rice .

It’s affordable given that it was almost peak season when we checked in. Clean and sleek. Room is small but I prefer that so that my 1yo baby can have space but I don’t need to actually run around. Not the property but some guests really get drunk. One lady bumped her head on my baby’s face/head when she got out of the elevator. I reported the behavior but no closure due to language barrier, I just let it go this time.

All of the above
