The AC was working. The location is near the station. You can only check in between 22:00-23:00. After 23:00, the doors of the hotel get locked, and not even guests are allowed to enter again. The elevator was very small. The code of the lock on the room door was very easy to guess. It felt very scary to stay there. The lights in the hallway went out before we could even open our door to the room. The room itself wasn't very clean. The refrigerator smelled awful. The bathroom was nasty. The towels felt like they were used a lot. The tv is just for adult videos. Was definitely not worth the money. Wouldn't want to stay there again, even if it was free.

No breakfast included and it's a nice place to stay alone. Everything is good.

The price for the room changed drastically from when the order was made

Close to akiba ? Bed was comfortable Slightly suspicious luggage storage. They just put it in an open room. Nothing was stolen though so. Gross stains on wall and bedding. Toilet wasnt cleaned and had stuff in it. Its a love hotel so my expectations wasnt too high but i didnt expect to have to scrub a yellow substance from the walls :/

I didn’t stay because I couldn’t check in. I therefore experienced homelessness for one night.

Location was great. 5 minutes from Akihabara station. Its a “love hotel”. Rooms are rented out for short rest during the day. We could not checkin until after 9pm. The rooms were far too small. Slightly over 30cm gap between the edge bed and the shower/toilet. Walls were thin, you can hear everything going on from adjoining rooms. Very noisy at night. No real bedding just a single, thin duvet.

No Not suitable to foreigners !! - Bad for the host cannot speak English. - So terrible, the entrance is locked at 23.00 pm onward . - Not convenient : Pay only cash!

wasnt sure what to expect with the low rating but i liked staying here. room was surprisingly big for a tiny hotel in central tokyo; there was enough space for two big suitcases, two duffel bags, and there was also space to hang up clothes all with a small bathroom and double bed. the room also had a frosted window and a long desk and chair. it was also clean with towels and amenities expect to pay in cash

Very good location. The host did not speak English but was very accommodating and tried his best to help us. Room was clean. We could only check in between 10pm and 11pm. There was no staff at the reception outside of those times. We arrvied in Tokyo quite late (10pm) and left the next morning, so this did not affect us.

First of all, booking the room is fast. We booked late in the afternoon for an unplanned overnight stay and I am so happy to find this place. Second, the place is very easy to locate. It is near the station so going their was not a hassle. Also the location is near a family mart and restaurants for your food and other needs! Also, the staff was very accommodating and spoke slowly to make sure we understand each other. He explained the rules well and he was friendly. Also, the rooms were clean and had complete toiletries! All in all, I’d rate this place 9/10. Personally, I prefer bathrooms with a shower not on a hot tub so this is the only thing I didnt like. Also, I am small so the space is enough for me, so if you’re big, you might have problems with the size of the toilet. However, the place is magnificent and is worth it in totality. I’d still recommend this place to my friends! :)

location was good and the staff was nice we didn’t expect that we will be having curfew considering we are staying in hotel not at somebody’s house. We have been told that we are not allowed to leave the premises past 11 pm and we are staying in the centre of Tokyo so that was ridiculous

the bed was tiny. Also the property doesn't speak english which made it hard to ask for anything
