Very nice hotel and staff, close to a metro station but a bit far from the central areas of Tokyo.

This was a quiet area and we appreciated that. But there were still many shops and restaurants so we did not have to go far to get things we needed. There was a subway stop a couple of blocks away so we had quick access to get to anything further away. Room was small but comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. We didn't care for the hotel breakfast, but there is a great vegan cafe just around the corner that served delicious breakfast and lunch.

The location was very practical and situated in a quiet area that had interesting restaurants and bars nearby. The room was small but comfortable, it is possible to store a bigger suitcase under the bed. It was very clean and we got new towels and amenities every day. The staff was kind and helpful. Altogether it was good value. The breakfast was ok, some main courses could have been better and it could have been more varied.

The staff was always friendly, greeted me, and helped me. It was in a convenient location and a short walk to many good locations. Lots of great places to eat nearby. I got a room with a very large window overlooking the city. I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The hotel is less than five minutes from two train stations, surrounded by restaurants / bars. A 7/11 and a Lawson are nearby not to mention the hotel has a restaurant on the first floor. The staff was friendly and accommodating they stored our luggage until check in. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and we had a city view. Staff provided extra towels during our two night stay. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom in case you forget anything. Small room but has luggage storage under the bed helps move luggage out of the way. Flat screen has some movies and anime on demand. Great location and a comfortable stay would stay here again. Nothing! Rooms are small but it’s very common in other big cities like New York, but the storage under the bed helps with storing bigger luggage.

We have stayed in several APA hotels and this location is amazing!!! The staff was amazing and helpful. They allowed us to check in early without charging us extra. The room was very clean and they cleaned it every day which we really loved and appreciated. The breakfast was amazing and the customer service was exceptional. Nothing

The customer service was top notch. My room on the 13th floor had a view of Tokyo Skytree. The 10am check out time was a bit too early BUT I am nitpicking at that.
