The service and consideration for necessities without asking.

The location is near a subway entrance so it is convenient. Take the escalator to the ground floor so you can carry your suitcase easily. It is within 5 minutes of the subway. There is also a taxi stand nearby. First of all, the lobby of the hotel is in the basement level and there is no elevator or escalator to take you there. Only stairs. This was a huge problem for us as we had a number of large suitcases in our group. We did ask the staff for help and they kindly helped, but sometimes the staff is not a the lobby so we had a hard time. Also, the window faces a wall from the building next door very close to the hotel, so the room is dark even during the day. We found the room old and with mold in some places.

The hotel was close to the train station and close to restaurants and shops. There is an elevator to the rooms. The staff were friendly. The rooms were small and not very clean. Some mold in the bathroom and leaking water faucet. The worst part of the experience was that the front desk is located at the basement level, but there is no elevator. So, one needs to use the stairs and we had big suitcases to carry so it was not very easy. We did ask the front desk staff to help carry the suitcases and they accepted to help us. Overall, this hotel is old, needs to be refurbished and cleaned. The windows in the hotel face a wall that is close by, so the room is dark even on a sunny day. The price was not worth the room

the staff was nice, It’s close from Asakusabashi station and from there you can go pretty easly in the others neighborhood It looked better in the picture, i guess you can call this place vintage because the equipement in the room were pretty old. I was often cold because some people would open the windows in the corridor and never close it i don’t know if it was the guest or the staff, sometimes i would go to bed and when i woke up the temperature in the room was very cold. The air was very dry because i had to use the air conditionner a lot to heat the room. For the price it cost you can definitly find something better and with better Security . The bed was small

The staff were very friendly and it's an excellent location! The room was much better than I expected too! I think the hotel needs to take new pictures of the rooms ? There was a big stain on the sheet. There's also no laundromat (But there is one nearby). The window faces a gray wall so I often thought it was later than it was - I like dark rooms so not a big deal to me

The staff is awesomely friendly. The room was cleaned every day I was there. Great location for the part of Japan I was visiting at the time. Nothing really wasn't disappointing.

Very close to public transit Central to lots of city life and shopping Close to skytree and quick access to Yamanote line No in-hotel laundry, but it was close by

The staff helped move luggage to ground floor when we checked in and out as the reception was on lower ground. The room was clean and had reasonable space for the price. Great location just near the train station and bus stop. N/A

Good location, easy transport links. Very small and dated rooms.

It’s very well maintained for its age and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Quick walk to either Asakusabashi JR station or the Asakusa line. Several convenience stores and restaurants/bars near it. Really can’t beat the price though, probably won’t be able to find much better at this price point. The toilets have been updated with warm water bidets. The age of the building interior is really quite noticeable. There’s an air conditioner but no heater so it can get quite cold in certain weather. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor snoring if you’re unfortunate enough to have one. Basically no amenities besides the basic toiletries and daily fresh towels and room cleanings and you’ll have to walk two blocks for a coin laundry.
