The location was absolutely perfect. Near the train station and some absolutely amazing restaurants. We had a fabulous stay. Loved being able to walk back to our room from most every place. Nothing.

The hotel is a bit run down. There were spots on the carpet and it was not well maintained. I have stayed in other APA hotels and they were much cleaner and the stay was good.

staff was wonderful and helped us send out luggage to the next hotel. check in and out was super easy. only 1 elevator which was fast but you will have to wait a few minutes almost every time

Comfortable. Clean and with many ammenities suchs as, shampoo, soap, razors, combs, toothbrush and paste, shower caps and sponges, clothe odor spray. Room AC, tv witch casting options and free content. Laundry service and restaurant. Staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and polite Small as every hotel in japan

It was in a very convenient location and the staff were super nice. Our window literally looked at a wall. You cannot control the temperature of the room.

Very simple hotel. Rooms were ok, did have both shower and bath tub. The location was great. Very close to the Asakusabashi train station which was the direct train line to get to Narita Airport. Also very central as it was easy to get to many attractions like Senso-Ji, Ueno Park, Akihabara, and SkyTree or just a few stations to get to Shinjuku, The Imperial Gardens or even Shibuya Close to many restaurants so can skip on hotel meals for picking your own, There's not a lot of rooms with a view at this hotel as it is sandwiched between two buildings.

I have been at this hotel's location in back to back years. The breakfast is good with their variety. The room is clean and privacy is kept nicely. I could always ask for help from the staff, which they do so with the utmost eagerness. Whenever I go to Tokyo, this would be my top spot.

The accessibility to train station

The room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly comfortable despite being compact. The location near Asakusabashi Station made it easy to get around, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again.

Well, the room size is quite small, and it can be quite tricky, when you have suitcases, to manage the space. At the same time, for the price we paid, it was a small trade-off.

Room overcrowded with unnecessary furniture — small room, too much furniture. Extra deep bathtub a big plus. Location good for our purposes. Staff very pleasant, polite and helpful. Room set-up/design. Needs some design help.
