Central location and Toiletries! No natural light and no tea/coffee refreshments! Reception staff are not very friendly and hospitable!

Close to train stations, quiet neighborhood they don't do Yamato transport but there's one nearby (~3min walk). Small room but very common in Tokyo.

The room we first received had a large gap (about the width of a pillow) between the bed and the wall. This gap was inaccessible due to the placement of the bed against the wall, making an ineffective use of space. The refrigerator door was set up so the door opened towards the user, making it inconvenient to access. The room overall did not make good use of the space, it was very cramped for two people.

My initial room smelled terribly like mold and I was not able to be moved to a new room until after the first night.

I arrived post hotel check in time and was worried that there will be no staff available. Thankfully the hotel responded to my request and a staff was able to check in for me smoothly. Also to the male staff on duty during midnight 17th April (I didn’t get a chance to have his name), I would like to thank him for kindly lending me a charger.

Very convenient location, literally just across the street from Asakusabashi station in which opens up access to many other spots around Tokyo. Restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores all very close by within walking distance!

I made a mistake and booked a smoking room when I meant to book a non-smoking room. The staff were very helpful in allowing me to change without issue.

location is superb. It is located near JR station, and there are many convenience store near the hotel. The room was quite small. But it is understandable because the property price in tokyo. But for only a place to rest, it is quite enough, we did whole day activity outside so it doesn't too bother us.
