I really liked the neighborhood. It was calm, quiet, and I felt completely safe when walking at night. The location is excellent-close to Akihabara, with two nearby metro stations, including a direct line to Haneda Airport. The staff were incredibly welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage until the end of our checkout day. Unlike other hotels that leave bags in the main lobby, they kept our luggage in a secure, staff-only room, which felt much safer. In general, it offers great value. While the hotel feels a bit dated, but a good-dated, it is still a very comfortable place to stay.

It was well located clean and well priced The dryer didn’t dry very well even with few items

Great location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing

The location is close to 2 different railway lines, and there are a lot of restaurants around. If you like anime goods, this place is less than 15 minutes away from Akihabara. This place is accessible from Haneda airport by train without any transfers. On check-out day they'll hold your luggage for free so you can explore Tokyo a little longer until your flight. The staff can speak English, Japanese, and Chinese. It gets cold at night but the blankets provided will keep you warm in bed. The mini fridge in the room didn't have a freezer compartment, which isn't a big deal.

Great staff and location. Plenty of food options nearby - walking distance. 25 minute walk to town and to Tokyo station. Basic facilities and has lift access. Bathroom is incredibly small (shower bath and toilet in one) and would have loved an iron in the room
-
The room is very very small but still able to open 1 large luggage and 1 medium luggage, but unable to walk afterwards.

Nothing

Good location, very comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff was very helpful and really appreciated having access to the bikes.

Nearby is subway, 7-eleven, many different cafes and fast food restaurants. The room is small, but it has everything you need.

great price great location fast elevator AC works fridge works no bugs quiet room was big enough for me luggage storage - free on day the before check in until check out day. costs 500 yen/day outside of that time frame not the cleanest hotel - dust and hair poor wifi connection - had to rely on my own data most of the time laundry room - only has 1 washer and dryer
-
Needed a bigger trashcan for the room

The bed was too soft, maybe old

The location of the hotel is really practical. Different konbini close by. Very calm, clean, safe and comfortable. The staff of the hotel was very exceptional.I ‘am learning Japanese so I tried to improve it and I spoke with them, it was really amazing. For sure, if one day I return in Japan, definitely I ‘am returning at this hotel. For sure, small room enough with huge suitcases like I had, but it ‘s Tokyo. We stayed for almost 2 months, really nothing bad to say.

The location is right near a train line that easily connects to everything. Short walk to Akahubara too. Air con worked brilliantly. The staff are very helpful and kind. There is no on-site smoking area so you have to walk up past the station to vape or smoke. The fridge was not particularly cold.

Great location and value! My family is somewhat frugal when traveling. We just want a decent place to sleep that is at a convenient location to go out to the places we want to visit. This place was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within the city and within short walks to two or three different subway lines. Also the beds were extremely comfy! We had a great rest after every tiring day! My two small issues about our stay here might not be particular to this hotel, but maybe common across Japan, or at least Tokyo. 1. The bathrooms are really tiny! The entire room is tiny, but we could manage... we had to move the luggage on to the bed and down every time we needed something. But the worst part was the bathroom size! If you moved a little, it was easy to hit one elbow or the other with the wall or the sink, and because of how the toilet is oriented to save space, you had to twist your body to turn around and grab some toilet paper. I believe tiny rooms might be common in Tokyo, tho. 2. My parents arrived one day after I did, in the morning, and their room was not ready, understandably. However, they went up to my room to use the bathroom and drop off some things before we headed out somewhere, and the lady at the reception told us we shouldn't do that because non-hotel guests are not allowed in the rooms... but they WERE hotel guests, their rooms were just not ready yet, and they don't have a bathroom in their tiny lobby. I think this might be a Japanese cultural thing, but given the circumstances, I think it was unnecessary and a relatively bad experience to be told we were doing something wrong.

Great staff, very helpful. We stayed 32 nights. So be sure we are telling the truth. We had very good time, clean hotel the photos don’t do justice. Great air conditioning, and great location. Nothing, we had a very nice stay.

Classic business style hotel. Lovely staff

Great location for getting around the city. Decent size room for Japan. Clean and fairly quiet. Pleasant staff. Stored my luggage for me before and after check in/out. Bathroom was really tiny. Smaller than APA. Not very practical. Lack of natural light as window was so close to building next door. Some train noise. None 9f this would put me off staying again but I couldn't stay longer than a few nights.

Location to station. Though typical of Tokyo, just too small of room, mattress and especially the bathroom.
