Just how stiff the mattress was but the room was a perfect size for what you get around Tokyo

The hotel is clean, quiet, and affordable. There are great restaurants nearby, especially the Thai restaurant right across the street, which is delicious. The downside is that it’s quite a long walk from the station. Also, the nearest entrance to the JR station has no elevator. The elevator is located on the opposite side, which is a bit of a trek.

Pretty good location near a train station and not too far from everything. Its a basic hotel room nothing fancy but not bad either. Would stay here again. Is honestly just a little expensive for what it is but I think that's mostly because of the location they can probably charge a bit more.

Comfy room layout. Super clean and quiet. Great staff. Everything you expect from a Route Inn. Bed was not the most comfortable. And the room was a little smaller than I'm used to for a Route Inn.

The Location is really good. It is just a short walk from the train station. Lovely staff members and the room is a bit larger than usual double room.

No private onsen, bed very hard, for an extra pillow you need to collect yourself from reception.

Very kind and helpful staff. Make your stay comfortable and joyful. Very nice neighbourhood. A bit far from Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, but it s oke!
