Staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was convenient and great area. The room was a bit cramped and definitely not good for large or multiple luggages.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de los combinis y relativamente cerca de la estación de metro El baño es muy pequeño pero es lo normal de Tokyo, una persona muy grande sufriría en ese baño

Very kind people. Tried answering all of our questions. Did the luggage transfer for us.

The room was extremelly clean and tidy. Staff got our check-in done very quicly. Air conditions was very good, specially cause weather was very warm in May. Wifi was fast enough and attended all our needs. Sincerely, nothing bad to say. Room is very small but that is what you expect when traveling to Tokyo, specially for this price. Nothing to complain about.

Cleanliness of the room. The pillows were terribly bad. They're so flat and worn out and needs upgrade. The cleaners coming to clean the room every 3 days even if you're still inside the room and even if you try to stop them. The location is not as close to the center especially in the shopping area. The hotel is very basic unlike other APA hotels. The lobby became a luggage storage and looks very crammed.

Only one elevator, so you may wait a bit. Electronic check in counter and the breakfast ticket system was annoying ( tickets with specific dates)

Great location with short walks to two different stations. Price was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful (Bonus that they also spoke English). Room was tiny but you pay for what you get. No view from the room.
