It was convenient to subway lines. The room was small but quiet. The breakfast that I paid extra for was NOT worth the money. There was little selection, no fresh fruit or juice. The scrambled eggs were cold. There didn’t appear to be a toaster to toast the bread which was stale.

The staff was friendly and it was clean and quiet and we received new towels and Yukata every other day.

This hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to public transportation, and it is very affordable. When I returned to my room after it had been cleaned, I was shocked to find a damp face towel left on the desk. I had not left any towels out in the room, and all the used towels were dry and placed on the bathroom floor. The only possible explanation was that the cleaner had used the same face towel meant for personal hygiene during cleaning. I likely would never have discovered this if it hadn’t been carelessly left on the desk. This is extremely unhygienic, and I was very disappointed.

Everything was neat and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful Wish there was a microwave in each room.

Convenient location—approximately one block from the metro station.

The rooms have everything you need. There is ironing and trousers presseing equipment at each floor. You get traditional summer dress to go around. The TV has a digital hotel dictionary and info menu for the hotel and general info that would be helpful to a tourist. Its is not related to my stay but to the navigation and how to find the hotel. It is easy to confuse with the other APA hotel at the same station as they have only one last word as a difference in the long naming.

Breakfast was quite ok and the room was clean. We were on the 12th floor, and despite having an AC monitor in the room with temperature control, the only control we had was if it was on or off. When it was on, it was more than 30 degrees inside, and it was impossible to sleep. When it was off, it was 0 degrees and also impossible to sleep. The first night, we couldn't understand what was going on and we did not sleep much, turning it on and off and trying to adjust the temperature. The second night, we realized that the temperature adjustment is not working and it always blows hot air, so we have opened the window to try to reduce the temperature a bit. Unfortunately, this got as both come down with a cold and we also did not sleep much. On the last night we talked to the staff as we thought that our AC must be broken and they have admitted that there is only central heating in the hotel, so during winter months the top floors are boiling hot as hot air travels up. They gave us a fan to try to reduce the heat. We used it, but it barely helped. We have stayed in other APA hotels before and haven't encountered this issue until now. Especially since I came there straight from the hospital, recovering from surgery, and was hoping for some relaxing time, but instead, I did not sleep for 3 nights and caught a cold! I would not book this hotel again in winter! Probably if you get a lower floor, it might be ok, but the fact that this is a known problem by the staff and we were not informed is shameful.
