Staff is very responsible and let me keep my luggage after check out before my flight, so I had a free hands day. That is very nice. Also suff is very polite and helpful in other questions.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had, if not THE best. The hotel responds quickly to any inquiries/online messaging and their staff was friendly and very accommodating. New towels including additional bathroom supplies were provided daily and the location is right off the Sumida-Gawa River with beautiful views and a close proximity to several dining options. For an 11 floor hotel, it would have been nice if the laundry machines and microwave were on a middle floor (5 or 6 instead of 2). I was roomed on floor 11 so when using the laundry facility and microwave, there was a lot of up and down/elevator wait time.

I love how you can now control the air conditioning temperature in the rooms. During the winter months it was only defaulted to heater mode. I wish there was an onsen in building.

Great, clean hotel. Room was well designed and was well stocked will nice amenities. Nice view of the river. A bit loud. I needed ear plugs which, surprisingly were not in the amenities kit. I prefer softer beds and pillows but that is just me preference.

Easy checkin, super well maintained building, and friendly staff. Being close to the river is great for a long walk or run, and you have access to so many restaurants nearby. Would 100% stay again.

The hotel was very comfortable. I really liked the room. Super recommend The location is not central, but the hotel is close to a few subway/train stations nearby. Around 15 minutes walking.

APA hotels are my go to. This one maintains the standard as well. Rooms can be a little cramped but it is really affordable so it checks out!

Good staff, ready to help. Room was clean and full of amenity. Appreciated the 2 bottle of water and the fact you can control the fridge on/off so no need to spend electricity for nothing. Shower head diretion a little bit off center when taking a shower for a tall person

My original room was gross and smelled.. I had to request to move to a different room. The second room was a lot better.rooms are small beds and pillows are not comfortable..

Cold air conditioning worked during the summer months. Next to highway, there’s times where you can hear it.

Standard APA hotel, always very clean and comfortable. Loved the lovely and attentive staffs, loved the location - very local but well connected. The community bus (Edo bus) is also convenient to take you around the neighborhood all the way to Tsukiji Market area. And the river view, amazing! I heard no noise fom the highway next to the hotel. Recommended Nothing

What I really like about this property is the variety of convenient options it offers. The breakfast has plenty of choices, there’s a laundry room, vending machines, and even an ice machine. The room size is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It really makes the stay comfortable and easy. One thing I didn’t like about the property is that there’s only one washing machine available for clothes having more than one would really help save time for guests. I was also a bit disappointed that this location doesn’t have a sauna, which I’ve enjoyed at other APA Hotels.

The hotel is located near the sumida river which is relaxing and has a spot for runners/joggers The breakfast was so so bad. Its too expensive for the serving.

It’s in a much quieter district of Tokyo which can be relaxing, only a 10 minute walk away from multiple trains that can get you more central in 40 minutes so ultimately not too bad of a location.
