Our room was a bit too small for two people.

You can’t beat the location! The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and only one minute away from a subway entrance (via accessible elevator). The staff was helpful and friendly.
-
Atmosphere was luxurious and the rooms are more spacious. Room AC only goes to 20, like it a bit colder. I’m a taller guy so when used the washer dryer, clothes still went even after 2 extra dryer sessions, did follow the kg guide for clothing loads.

The English capabilities and helpfulness of the staff was a highlight, as were the plentiful amenities on offer. The breakfast was actively bad, very touristy and not in a good way, with only some whacky types of bread as a local touch. There was also no staff to control the guests. The area was easily flooded due to its small space and the relative high number of guests, and it made everything chaotic and allowed other guests to misbehave with noone to check on them.

Good value for money. Small room
-
Clean, good surrounding not too loud and crowded The space for 3 with 11 years old kid and have 3 luggage quite small and quite far from MRT station only shinjuku line the nearest But overall ok

The hotel was great. The staff was on point with English and very friendly. The hotel is situated next to the subway station with restaurants nearby. A more quite neighborhood without all the rush of Tokyo. Great location for those who prefer the slow life with transportation next door. n/a

The staff has been fantastic and helpful repeatedly.

Koko hotel is very clean and close to subway stations. It is pretty easy to go to nearby places. The price is very competitive and cost effective. I will definitely choose it again if I will visit Tokyo in the future. Love Koko hotel. The room is relative small but with all functions available. I do not mind the same room because the value is over the price.

Rooms were a bit smaller than in the pictures.

This hotel was nestled in a quiet neighborhood not that far form all the tourist spots. After a long day in Shibuya, Asakusa, and Harajuku, this quiet spot was a welcome retreat! The hotel itself was modern, bright and we had a view of the Tokyo Sky Tower from our bed at night. And they had the best black out curtains to help us get over our jetlag. The breakfast was wonderful. It was a perfect mix of Japanese food and Western dishes with good protien options too. We ate at the hibachi restaurant in the hotel- IT WAS AMAZING. DO IT. We have mo idea why it wasn't crowded every night?! Also if you're doing a Sumo practice event it's right across the river, a shirt 13 minute walk.

Very nice hotel! The room is small, but it's Tokyo! We like it!

Clean and very convenient Nothing

It was the bday of my husband and i told them this, and they gave us a room on a higher floor, with a very very nice view! I appreciate this! We love it! Actually we canceled another hotel in Tokyo to come back with them and i am happy i did it! I recommend a higher floor when u book! Same size of the room(small) but the view make our stay! Close to the metro station! The staff from the restaurant during the breakfast aren't nice! At 8:30 they told us they don't have few of the dishes(milk, for ex)!... hope they resolve this problem, coz the restaurant is nice, the hotel and the staff from the reception are all so nice, hut the staff from the restaurant... all the opposite! And also, No safety box in the room!

Staff was super kind and helpful. Nothing, it was perfect!

The room was very comfortable and spacious for Japanese standards. Although there is no space to leave a large bag open, the bedroom has a good wardrobe, so we managed to organize our stuff. Bathroom was excellent - shower and bathtub available and enough space. The breakfast restaurant is very small for the size of the hotel and the number of people - in a 5 days stay, we had to queue to enter the breakfast space twice. Only 2 washing machines were working and it was very hard to wash our clothes, we finally did it after several attempts.
-
Breakfast is okay. Eco-friendly instructions are always a bit confusing to me - so room didnt get cleaned out like I would have preferred.

Location. Size, price
-
It felt very comfortable and affordable It was a longer train ride to get to the main tourist parts of Tokyo. For the price though that was a very fair compromise
