Amazing staff! They made our stay incredible. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms are small but that's expected and the bathroom is outdated but still modern. It's in a good place, close to a lot of convenient stores and metro station. Overall 8/10 would recommend!

First of all the location was great (3 stations nearby)! Also, a direct line to the Haneda airport from Higashi-Nihombashi Station which was really helpful as a first timer in Tokyo. Breakfast was japanese styled and enough to give the energy to start the day. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt really safe walking back to hotel even in the middle of the night. The room itself was small but I only slept there and got enough rest so no problem. All in all I would recommend this place! The room felt a bit cold especially at evenings but it didn't affect on my sleep so not a big issue really

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely arranged, which made our stay comfortable. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a few minutes' walk away. We were very negatively surprised by the breakfast. We are not demanding, but it could have been slightly adapted for European/American guests. The breakfast offered only Asian dishes, and for us, there was just toast and butter available. To make matters worse, they ran out of toast during breakfast, and no one made an effort to apologize or replenish it. This was quite disappointing and left a poor impression.

Super tiny rooms and Slow Wi-Fi

It is good to provide breakfast. To provide shuttle bus to airport is better.

On the quieter side of Tokyo away from the day to day hussle and bustle. But ideal as a central location to get to the majority of tourist sites. Several metro lines are within approx. 5 mins walking distance alongside a multitude of convenience stores. Booked 2 rooms. The room is your standard Japanese size with all the facilities one would expect. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided and additional items such as tea/shaver/combs etc are located in reception. Breakfast was included and rotated every day albeit again very Japanese style. Daily towel change and room make up every few days. Ice machine located in reception with tourist information. Very friendly staff assisted with queries during booking and on site. used the onsite washer/dryer which was hassle free. Oh! during the early days of our stay it rained and the hotel provided umbrellas free to use. All in all a great stay. Can't really fault anything.

Value for money. Great location. Neat and clean room. Good breakfast. Luggage storage facility available on the day of check in and check out free of charge. Cleaning work happens between 10 am - 4 pm and the property is unusable during this time. This duration is on the higher side. And when I returned to my room in the evening, I saw no cleaning was done, except fresh towels kept outside within a carry bag. I didn't understand why 6 hours are needed for this. During check in, they will not allow to enter room before 4 pm very strictly. Also, the room is quite manageable for a single person like me, but room size is really small if 2 persons are staying. If you have a large suitcase, it will be almost impossible to open it inside the room

Location is ideal for Nihonbashi and Bakurohco subway stations. Close to Ginza too. Quiet, but that could have been time of year- end of December. Breakfast was good. Room smaller than other hotels of similar price range.

Found the room rather small compared to other similar hotels.

-Very attentive and comfortable place -Walking distance 6 mins to station, very near to Asakusa -Nice breakfast -Nearby to convenient store -Self laundry available -Luggage storage available -Free shuttle bus to Tokyo station Very limited space as mentioned when you booked, but you can keep your luggage below the bed We found some dirt on plate for breakfast during our last day. Bed rack makes some noise But overall very good, staff speaks English well

Value for money! There is a free shuttle bus to go to Tokyo station, very convenient!

Yeah, guys, I'm supposed to stay here in a little over a week. But here we go. It's cheap. That's really all there's to it. And the rooms are surprisingly big. Big enough for a large suitcase. Totally my own fault: I don't actually like Tokyo. It's just a convenient city. I hadn't slept enough before coming to Japan. I hadn't slept enough on my flights over. And I arrived in the morning, proceeded to drag my jetlagged ass to Yokohama to find the Hard Rock Cafe. When I finally went to bed, I sort of had a mental breakdown. Sure, first nights are always the worst, but this was worse than that. Got over it, enjoyed the two full days I had in Tokyo and then moved to Osaka. Next place, please.

Very little choice at breakfast. Very hard and uncomfortable bed

- staff extremely friendly and helpful. - breakfast is great, good variety and changes everyday - super clean with daily frequency of cleaning - location is awesome, pretty much close the everything, good restaurants in the area, access to subway, - good area of Tokyo Only one issue, room was very small, hardly any space for luggage but this is the local standard in Tokyo, so unless you pay two or three times more you cand hardly get a western size room.

Clean, comfortable bed, helpful and polite staff. For breakfast there could be more of everything, more food and drink choices..

The staff was very kind.
