The location is good near subway

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Close to the Tokyo station! The room for me and a child smelled of cigarettes. We could not get rid of this smell.

Breakfast was very nice as it was free and food prices are expensive in Tokyo, The hotel is close to public transport including the Metro (the hotel is one stop from central Tokyo). The are also some very nice restaurants, 7/11 and other food outlets close by. The Hop On Bus stop is also a very close (Red Route). There was nothing I could complain about, it was a lovely stay

Situated in a quiet street near 3 metro lines. Good sized rooms and attentive staff and clean. The breakfast was fine and the staff at breakfast were super friendly and very helpful. Felt very comfortable.

The breakfast spread was great and it wasn't the same thing every day! Also the kitchen staff were very friendly and always said good morning, which made me feel welcome. The desk staff were very accommodating and check in services were easy to navigate with the English options. There was only one washing and drying machine in the lobby for laundry, but they have a good system in place to handle overlapping times. I also appreciated the amenities in the lobby. The shower had good water pressure, and the elevator made it easy to lug a big suitcase up and down.

Location fairly near to train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was okay, not great.
