Very small rooms.

Very good hotel for very good value, close to the station. I just needed a place to stay for a few hours before my flight as I was unwell, but I wish I had used this hotel my entire stay! Will use when I come back!

Clean, staff were friendly and spoke somewhat of English (translation app is a must). The room is tiny but laid out in a good way to make it useable

Good location. Close to the subway station and the convenience shop. There is a small refrigerator inside the room and an ice maker at the first floor. The room is a little small for two persons.

I was there at summer time. AC wasnt working, i had to open window to get air and cool down. Mosquitoes didnt let me sleep. Staff gave me air unit but i couldnt run it. Expensive for such bad room. No smoking zone and nearest convenience store was pretty away. Metro also further away.

Excellent location. It’s near multiple subway’s station, but on the quiet street. Convenience stores are nearby, a lot of cafe for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were clean and cozy, towels changed every day. None

Low shower pressure, no laundry machines in the building.

I didn't like the lack of cleanliness. The room smelled bad, there was noise in the morning because it was next to the cleaning area, and communication was difficult since part of the staff didn't speak English. They also refused to store my luggage despite a future reservation. I mainly gave it a six because of the location and price.

It was a very clean establishment. The staff is really kind and welcoming. Even with the language barrier, they used a translator device to understand my inquiries. It is well located with many subways line nearby and it is a quiet ward. The lobby is very clean, so that reflects on the rest of the hotel. I stayed there for 11 nights and the only thing I would have changed are the pillows. The room size goes with the Japanese culture , so that is fine. Everything was working properly and accordingly to my expectations.

All amenities are available, staff is nice, rooms are clean, room has a bathtub and huge TV. There is room for the bags under the bed, but opening suitcases will be a little challenging. Rooms are REALLY tiny, with 2 people it always feels crowded is somebody is not lying on the bed. Also it seems hotel is preferred by Russians, so it might be a little lowder compared to other hotels, but not a big problem.

The earlier check-out before 10 a.m. is awful.

The room was kinda tight. It was said that it 11.5 sq.meters bit it's smaller I think. The room is equipped with everything needed and comfortable. The location is just great it's close to everything vet we're needed. The City sights is on your hand. There two city's subways lines which leads everywhere you need. The district is quite calm and prestigious keeping your off the tourist stream and allowing you Walk the cozy narrow streets alone. Small room.
