Love the place... Clean and the bathroim/Restroom were excellent. A rowdy group of lady's made noise in the middle of the night.

Convenient location. Very clean facilities. Super quiet pod hallway. All the toiletries we needed for our stay were readily available. They even provide loungewear.

The location, amenities, and cleanliness were up to my expectations. I hope the beds can be improved. There's also very minimal staff so after the cleaning hours, the common areas can get a little dirty due to people coming in and out but overall it is still clean. I think the hair dryer can be improved too.

This is the best capsule hotel so far in the World. Everything is so professional. You have to leave the place between 11:00 - 15:00

It was very clean and well run and the locker and check out system were smooth. The capsules themselves weren’t the most comfortable but you get what you pay for.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Check in time is very inflexible; no on-site staff to ask questions, just a couple of machines. Also, not a lot of public space to eat or drink water.

It has to shutdown between 11am to 3pm daily and everyone is not allowed in the capsule or common area, just a big hassle when you are actually trying to rest

The hotel is very nice looking, efficient, smart and comfortable. The process is smooth and pleasant. Everything is spotless, it feels like a movie set. The only pb is the pods aren’t sound proof. You only shut a blind, but you hear every single tiny noise in the room. So when the last person goes to bed at about 2am and another sets an alarm (normally forbidden) at 5am and snoozes it 4 times, you don’t get much sleep. They do give earplugs but it doesn’t help much. You need noose canceling or be a really sound sleeper.

Really good experience, even for couples it felt safe and future-y. The pods where really comfy and the showers where really good (rainfall-like on the whole body). The check-in and check-out was really quick and the provided material was a nice surprise. It also felts really safe as there is no way for people of opposite genders to go to the other gender's floors, only accessible via elevator. Nothing

Neat and well organised. It would be even better if the showers and rooms were on the same floor for more convenience.

It is clean and near ningyocho station, which also near haneda They do not have laundy, there is laundry nearby but it will be nice to have one inside. The capsule room makes you hear almost everything even from people whose room is at the end of your row. There is only one floor of bathroom for three floors of capsule rooms. You cannot ask the staff to look after your luggage after you check out.

First time at a capsule hotel and we had a wonderful stay!

1. 20 minutes on foot from the Tokyo train station 2. Clean, decent amenities 1. To leave the luggage you need to call staff through one specific kiosk, that when out of service while doing it. 2. The Worst thing is that capsules don’t have a sealable door, only roller curtains, so there’s no noise insulation. You will hear every snore, alarm clocks, not much privacy. 3. You need to return pajamas, towels on different floors when checking out, which is an inconvenience when you have large luggage on you.

The location is top tier, less than 3 minutes walk to Ningyocho Eki entrance. The bed is awfully flat and hard. The pillow is only for the lay flat sleeper. The capsule has no ventilation at all, I have to leave the binder open to be able to breathe. The big open space is only able to access for women. The men only get to use the 1st floor space.

I loved everything about the stay. It is defiantly a vibe if you are planning on enjoying Japan with friends or a Solo Travel.

This was pretty much what I needed for the end of a long trip in Japan - not much more than a roof over my head and a place to store my belongings, but the price is unbeatable. It's super close to Ningyocho station, too. The showers were above and beyond! The lack of staff present at a front desk was frustrating because when I checked out and wanted to store my luggage there, there was no one there and the machines they rely on to do all their check in/out procedures (which did go very smoothly) were down, so I couldn't even use those to call a staff member. I went and knocked on the door to the staff room but no one answered, so I had to incur an unnecessary cost of paying for a locker outside the hotel.

I love how quick and practical check-in and check-out are. You don't have to talk to anyone and just need to follow written instructions. Showers were larger and more comfortable than I had expected (in fact, it was probably the best shower I had in my whole two-week Japan trip). The downside of not having many staff members around is that a lot of guests just plainly ignore house rules in the capsule area and no one is there to stop them. I could hear everything: chips and crackers munching, luggage dragging everywhere, and lots of shoes stepping and flying around. Add that to all the snoring and farting and, well, I was lucky if I was able to sleep a single hour straight.
