Location, smoking rooms, clean Pillows are made from rubble. So stiff that i got neck pain. Room so small cant clean the air out after smoking. Cant sleep with the smoke smell. Shrink my clothes after using laundry automat downstairs.

Very accessible None

The hotel is very close to subway station, it is right behind the corner of a big intersection. They give me the only room facing the street in the whole floor, and the room has a big window on the street side, which is not possible to shut down the traffic noise at night at all.

Very near Ningyocho station exit A5/A6. Clean. With ample space.

It was very comfortable. When I checked out, nobody was at the front. I understood their situation because I applied late checking out. They left the paper written "Leave the key in the box" and phone number. But the box couldn't be found. Then I called the number. Nobody answered.

Good location. None.

Very close to the Asakusa and Hibiya train station. Great value. Family of four, got two rooms for the price of one. Very friendly english speaking staff. Room has small refrigerator and microwave. Typical small room for short term stay. Think cruise ship cabin but with a high ceiling and better A/C. Twin bed is a little too small for two adults. No storage for clothes or bags. Few power outlets.

The hotel location is great, but the room smells terrible.
-
Very close to Ningyocho station on the Hibiya line, so it was easy to get to work. I appreciate the microwave in the room. This was my fault for choosing a dog-friendly room, but it stank. I was glad the window faced a blank wall so I was able to keep it open for fresh air. Security is poor. There are times when no one appears to be watching the front door and the elevators don't require a card key.

Location was great a very short walk to the station, only issue we had was conditioner and toilet roll needed replenishing but unfortunately wasn’t. No issue though as this was requested at reception with no issue. Would 100% stay again, very good price

Nice and compact hotel. Comfortable. Very good location. Just next to Ningyocho station. Alot of food and restuarant along Ningyocho street. It is a small hotel. Just nice for 1 person It will ve very tight for 2 persons unless 2 persons are small sized.

The receptionist spoke English (not obvious in Japan). The kindness of the staff. The room. AC didn't work

It was literally right next to Ningyocho train station, you could access the train station elevator right around the hotel building. You can access the Hibiya and Asakusa line. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. The rooms could be a bit cleaner. Two of the three rooms had some dirt and dust at the top of the wall, next to what looked like a filter attached to the wall. We reported it to front desk and they were quick to clean it, although I’d prefer it was cleaned prior to us arriving or just maintained better to begin with. Our double beds were small which is expected in Japan, so just keep that in mind if 2 will be staying in a room.
