- A melhor localização para meus últimos dias de compras na cidade. Estações de trem muito perto e inúmeras opções de lojas, restaurantes e passeios caminhando. Região agitada, muito cheia e quartos silenciosos. - Muito conveniente ter a opção de pagar horas extras para early check in e late check out. Quartos muito pequenos como a maioria dos hotéis nos bairros mais centrais da cidade. Fomos cientes.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room was very useful. The WiFi was an asset. They have video on demand. If you didn’t want those shows then we would stream movies on an iPad.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful, friendly, accommodating. We just loved them. Oh when we requested for a little extension ( maybe an hour) for check-out they refused and said we have to pay extra. We stayed for 7 days and I think they should have given us at least an hour of extension complimentary.

The location was great. Laundry facilities were just right. The rooms a minuscule, so not good for 2 adults with XL checked baggage and 2 small carryons. There was zero room to move around. We packed two.5 weeks of clothing.

Excellent location to popular tourist destinations in Shibuya. The dryers in the laundry room didn't dry my clothing.

Location Tiny rooms, no room cleaning, staff were not very helpful. It took ages waiting for the elevator to get to your room. Towels in bags on your door??

The room is very small, there is only one elevator which doesn’t make easier to check out.

We liked the location. The male staff who called us in our room that we extended our stay for an hour was so rude. I honestly missed the check out time since I usually checked out at 12 noon in most of the hotels we stayed in. He could have told me nicely. Anyways, I paid the hotel the extension fee. I will not recommend this hotel just because of that guy.
