Location is close to Shibuya Station and the scramble area with plenty of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions close by. The staff was also incredibly friendly. I don’t speak Japanese but they appreciated me using a few Japanese phrases to show gratitude and appreciation. I did not know this ahead of time, but this hotel, as well as others in the area, are considered, “love hotels.” Not that there is anything inherently wrong with that, but the rooms are available for rent by the hour, and walking back late at night I was offered a, “happy massage,” which I politely declined.

Excellent service. Loved the freebies in the lobby! Difficult to access by car. Had to get dropped off and walk up a hill with luggage.

Superb location, only a two minute walk to the legendary Shibuya Crossing. Loads and loads of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Also,Only a three minute walk to the Shibuya train station. The property only has 28 rooms, so it's kind of intimate. BONUS, there is free booze and ice cream in the lobby including some fine spirits and red and white wine. This is free for all guests,

Terrific location, wonderful staff, and a dazzling atmosphere. We even got to see Mt. Fuji from our room. No complaints at all.

The staff was always very friendly and did a great job cleaning the rooms and refreshing our amenities. The rooms are small and online it says the rooms are soundproof but they are not… multiple days we woke up to banging and cleaning of other rooms in the morning or couldn’t fall asleep because of the outside noise of drunk people

Room was big, amenities excellent. Area is not the prime location even if it’s close to the train station. It’s in the “love hotel” area so a bit sketchy.

Excelent location and very friendly people Small rooms (normal in tokyo) but without closet, not posible tonstore suitcases after check-out (we paid 60€ for 5 extra hours of our room)
