Closer to Shibuya crossing and major attractions. They also have rooms with a small closet that is very helpful to add clothes and suitcases. The bathroom is a great size and they have showers instead od bathtub. Very clean hotel. The hotel didn’t have breakfast, but the family smart was across the hotel. We grabbed our first meal at the family smart before heading to the city.

Rooms were a little bigger than our previous hotels in Tokyo

The rooms were not clean. In one room, the toilet was used. There was urine and toilet paper in it. In the second room, there was a hairball in the shower. I ended up showering after my husband cleaned the bathroom and I broke out in a rash after using their towels. We stayed for one night and asked for a refund for the remainder of the days we were supposed to stay. They took 2 months after our stay to refund our money.

Location location location. Because of some bars are on the same street it can get love if you go to your early. But I understand and I didn’t mind

the location is excellent in terms of convenience. However, early mornings there are a lot of drunk loud people by the entrance of the building Staff Ana is excellent, she is so knowledgeable, professional and great service to the customers as mentioned before, the place overall impression is "sketchy" but if not for the location to stores, donki, restaurants, I will not choose it. Plenty drunk people in the mornings that are loud.

How easy it was to downtown. We were perfectly placed in all the chaos of Shibuya but away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Walking distance to every train station and food imaginable We knew coming-in, rooms would be on the smaller end but we made the best of it and it was perfect.

Close to the center of Shibuya, lots of restos and convenience stores around. Room is OK, except would have been better if there is a closet to put your clothes in, and since there is none, should have added more hangers to hang the clothes. But overall, room is clean.

This spot is a great jumping off point to go out at night to clubs and bars. The "alley" this hotel is on has over 5 clubs and music venues on it. Great food options nearby as well. Rooms are well kept and a little bigger than average for Japan. Love the decor on floors. I booked a room with 2 full beds thinking we could accommodate 4 people but when we arrived the staff told me we could only have 2 people in the room. We ended up getting a 2nd hotel room at another hotel but the room was definitely large enough to support 4.

Great location. They gave us water and clean towels daily. The shower had great water pressure and got warm quickly. The bathroom doesn’t have normal walls, instead it’s a window with blinds and curtains so it doesn’t feel that private.

Excellent location. Very clean and staff was polite and helpful. On the weekends there can be a bit of noise from passersby foot traffic.

The room gets pretty hot and the ac wasn’t working the way a traditional ac in America works. We had to open the window for cold air and this made it kind of noisy at night as people walk by the hotel streets. Not too many extra amenities either.
