Property was great. Excellent amount of space, great location. Good amenities. Perfect for exploring a very busy part of town, knowing there was a peaceful. Spacious place to come home to. This is a great propery that I would call a diamond in the rough. Everything about it was just fine. That said, with a little extra sprucing up (mainly cosmetic touches and some small additions to add character) this would be a true gem.

Staff was pleasant and helpful with taxi and guidance on transportation to Narita. Older facility. No spa.

This hotel is an older property, but the rooms are a good size. It was a wonderful location to walk to Meiji Jingu from. However, it's a bit of a walk to Shabuya station. We chose it for its location next to some activities. We were particularly interested in. I slightly dated interior furnishings.

This hotel has the best air conditioning that I have experienced in Japan, and our organized tour group stayed in 4 and 5-star hotels. We came back to Tokyo after the tour for two days. Location was good, the hotel served our purpose. A little dated but clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. The beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom has a slight odor. Rooms are small.

It was in a great location central to a lot of what my group way seeing. The breakfast was great with a Japanese option and a western option. Be careful at night not to leave your keys in the room while leaving. I got scrutinized for that and it seemed unwarranted. They apologized but still was a bit disconcerting

Great location in Shibuya, within walking distance of many tourist attractions. There was a famous bar just across the road; I really enjoyed the experience, and it was nice being so close to home at the end of the night.

It’s near the train station and lots of restaurants and shopping area. It was alright, for the price it was worth it.

Location was great. The key needed to be turned in before leaving. The staff continued to ask us about it several times a day as we left though there were two people in the room and only One was leaving. It was dated and haf no amenities.

Very good location, close to many nice places to visit. Staff very helpful and kind. The room is old and dated. Nowadays is almost impossible to find this kind of rooms.

Front Desk staff was very helpful in allow us to leave our luggage in the extra room so we could leave the hotel and explore after our check out time and return at a later time to get our luggage when we return to our country. If the front desk staff could call our luggage shipping service to make sure our luggage arrive at the airport on time before we leave.

The location was amazing, only 5-10 minute walk to Shibuya Crossing/subway and is located near the residential area so it is quiet. The breakfast could be a little better.

Loved the location. The cedar steps up to the door smelled fantastic. The apartment could use a little refresh on inside but was definitely clean, comfortable and had most of what we needed.
