Serious safety issues prevented me from experiencing any other features. up in the corridors. I felt so unsafe that I left after one very sleepless night. The luggage in the photo was from only half of the capsules being occupied. If there were people in all the capsules the the corridor could be completely blocked. Two days after I left there was a 5.6 earthquake. Could you imagine any other hotel letting people block their corridors?... Hotel management did not care. On making a complaint with Booking.com staff, they said they'd offer a goodwill refund. Now they refuse to pay.

The location was great, about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station and also close to the famous Shibuya Crossing, shopping areas, and many restaurants. I found the capsule quite comfortable, and the mattress was good enough for a restful night's sleep. I slept very well during my stay. The showers and bathrooms were generally in good condition, and I appreciated having a convenient and affordable place to stay in such a central area of Tokyo. The locker space is only large enough for a big backpack. Large suitcases do not fit inside the lockers, so many guests leave their luggage in the hallways. Since it is a capsule hotel with shared facilities, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers can depend on the guests staying there, as can the noise level. Fortunately, I did not experience any major issues during my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The capsule concept was a fun experience, and everything was very clean. The girl at the front desk was super nice and welcoming, and we appreciated the drink coupons they gave us. Since it’s a shared space, it may not be the most comfortable option for a long stay, but for a few days it’s perfect.

the staff were friendly to assist me with luggage delivery to the airport, the room was clean and the location being about a 10 mintues walk from Shibuya station made this place really value for money

It close to Shibuya and megaton Bed is not really comfortable and phone charger is only one in the cabin.

It was clean, felt safe as a solo female traveler, was a great location! Next to busy area but tucked away in a quiet corner! And the staff were so polite & kind! I liked all of it.

The hotel was nice, the capsules spacious and the shared bathroom was clean, with great showers. We appreciated the option of staying in either a female-only or co-ed floor. We were also able to drop off our luggage early. There were some smelly boots but that is guest-related and not the hotel’s fault!

Great experience if it’s your first time in a capsule hotel. Friendly staff and very good location Little place for luggage, not even my carry on fit so you leave it outside the entire night and day while you are out. The capsule does not close (only curtain available) so bring ear plugs if you have light sleep
