Worthy Very small room

1) the location is very good: a few meters away from the elevator of exit 2 of Sengakguji subway station, which is connected by frequent trains to Haneda airport with a 25 min ride (however, before the elevator you will have to carry your luggage up a few stairs anyway) 2) the hotel has a free sauna that can be used all the time; 3) the restaurant of the hotel offers a free-refill lunch menu that for 2100 yen is particularly convenient. 4) all amenities, including shaving razors, toothbrushes, instant coffeee etc are available for free in a display stand at the entrance. The room is ridicolously small, with the bed occupying more than half of the floor area, that is probably 2 or 3 squared meters. If you travel with heavy and voluminous luggage you will have to deposit it at the desk. Due to the smallness of the rooms each of the 20 floors of the hotes accomodates a very large number of costumers that in the morning clog the 4 elevators - expect long waiting times especially at rush time in the morning.

Let’s start with the location: WOW conveniently located between two train stations—Shinagawa station is right downstairs, and across the way is Takanawa Gateway station— it was easy and convenient to get around, and access the location. I really also loved how clean the property was. 10/10 would stay again. This is probably just me: but I’d really love for the skin cover stickers to be at the Onsen instead of having to visit the downstairs in pajamas to get, but again that was just my preference. The bathroom had a bit of a water sitting smell. I had to air it out everyday in order for it not to be a problem.

It was very close to everyplace we have on our itinerary PLUS amazing breakfast. Nothing specific, but maybe the carpet and the shower

Good buffet Breakfast and Location , very convenient to take the public transportation. The room is not spacious. Difficult to put the big baggage. It's not convenient for long stays with kids.

It’s very close to the station and very convenient. The bedsheets occasionally I see small brown spots on it. I didn’t complain but it seems a little inconsistent in terms of cleanliness
