This hotel exceeded my expectations! We had an amazing view of Nakamise Shopping Street and Kaminarimon Gate. Access to complementary coffee, which was delicious, got my day off to a great start. The bathroom was the biggest I've had in a Japanese Hotel and ending the day with a nice soak in the huge bathtub was just what I needed after exploring the city all day. They were able to hold our luggage after check out, since we had an evening flight making it easy to explore the city for another day. I will defiantly stay here again!

The hotel is very well connected via multiple transportation options with the airport and the rest of Tokyo. Our room and overall facilities very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was variable and plentiful. Staff was very attentive and courteous. We used the laundry on site, which was a bonus for our trip. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing.

This is our favorite hotel in Asakusa. Right on the station and comfortable. They also have an amazing breakfast if you're willing to pay the price. Rooms are a tiny. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable.

Goog location, very good breakfast, excellent staff One of the worst coffees I have ever had. I believe the problem is either with the coffee beans or the machine settings, because the same coffee machine at my previous hotel produced some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. Unlike other hotels, where guests who declined room cleaning still received fresh towels and bottled water left outside the door, this hotel provided nothing. Instead, there was only a notice saying that housekeeping would enter after three days anyway to meet hygiene requirements. I would also recommend not ordering the breakfast to take away. The takeaway option offers a very limited selection. Instead, if possible, collect your breakfast vouchers after 9:30 a.m. the day before and ask the restaurant staff for a takeaway container. This allows you to choose your own breakfast from the regular buffet, which is a much better option.

The breakfast is great. Location is good. Front desk helpful. Mattress is hard. Not space to open suitcase- room is so small. Laundry machine needs I structionson English for travelers.

The breakfast was excellent, location was perfect, front staff were very friendly and helpful. All of the rooms we booked had a wonderful view. You get what you pay for when it comes to room sizes. The deluxe king room was great, our other rooms were on the smaller side. The beds were comfortable.

Great location across from Asakusa Station, comfortable rooms, a good value. The breakfast was a miss, we didn’t go the second day. The bathroom was serviceable but not great.

Room amenities, cleanliness, temperature, drinking water, slippers, robe. The hotel is in a wonderful location. We came in from Yokosuka late around 10pm and were able to see the temple nearby before the late checkin. Everything was great. They held our luggage the next day while we went around the city.

Tobu hotel’s location is the key point!!! Near station, restaurants, 7eleven, shops within a walk.
