Centrally located in Tokyo and in the heart of Kabukicho! Very near Shinjuku Station and Airport Limousine bus to/from Haneda or Narita. Many restaurants and Konbini’s nearby. Our second stay for 7 days! Last time was 2024! Friendly 24/7 staff. You can send your luggage in advance. Had the Japanese room! Whole building looks overused run-down and old. It needs TLC ASAP!

The location was close to everything, and it was very fun to have a traditional room! It was perfect for 3 people! It was much bigger than the pictures look! Nothing! I was very happy with our stay!

The hotel clearly shows its age and feels quite worn. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom area, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, there is no lift, which I hadn’t noticed beforehand — with large luggage and a room on the top floor, this was quite inconvenient.

nightlife around the hotel is 'interesting'

Small room

Location with great access to restaurants, nightlife and entertainment. Public transport a walk away. Comfortably spaced and clean room, yet, slightly worn and cleaning of higher located area's of shelfs and the ventilation in the bathroom deserve more attention.

The location was very nice along with the decor of the room. There was some damage to the walls but not major enough to make a difference in our stay.
-
The internet is absolutely garbage and the staff were not helpful in looking into troubleshooting it.

Near everywhere we go Nothing

Too small for big/ tall people

Prime location for shinjuku nightlife and restaurants. Nice separate bath and toilet. Few scratches and bumps on the room but warm and comfortable with ample space.

Great vibe, great price for vibe. location and ambiance was great way to be welcomed to japan. Especially for such a popular location in city. Nothing really, the town of shinjuku is a gnarly city, so if you’re not a fan that’s on you. Greta hotel.

The room was very big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. As we stayed during winter, there was no central heating, just with the AC. Since the mattresses were on the ground, it was chilly at that level. The room could have been better cleaned, on some surfaces you could see the dust.
-
Location was alright Mold everywhere, Japanese staff tried to charge us for new towels every night, Never cleaned our room once, No lifts, Japanese staff were extremely rude in giving us single use shampoo, conditioner etc. Refused to give us extra pillows and blankets.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in Tokyo. It has a very central placement, right in the middle of kabukicho. It is traditional with tatami flor and futons. and the bedroom is HUGE. bigger than any other hotel Ive been in tokyo. I will book this hotel everytime im in Tokyo now. The staff was super nice and they even stored our luggages on our last day for us to enjoy Tokyo before the flight. Nothing, everythign was amazing.

A bit far from the metro and shops.

Location, Location, Location also price provides some nice value! Super cool entrance way also! Not much taking everything into consideration

It was close to everything in shinjuku. The staff was nice. The rooms are small but comfy and clean enough for the price in Tokyo.
