Has everything you need, great location, perfect for enjoying the nightlife without worrying about transportation

Beds were hard. Area was close to lots of stuff but we had to walk past lots of bars and porn shops. In the early mornings there were lots of men leaving the bars and hanging on the streets. Made me kind of nervous. Also, one person in our group laid his phone next to himself and it was stolen. Another one of our group saw it happen and chased down the offender. All turned out OK but the area is kot the safest.

They could provide clean sofa set, drinking water bottle, new towel but they didn't provide water for drinking. Room was dirty, very bad sofa, towel looks unclean and too old.Elevator is small. Lobby very small space, no sofa at lobby.

The only downside for me was the bed—the mattress was quite firm and not the most comfortable for my preference.

The beds were old and very uncomfortable

The bed and pillows were horrible.... However do believe this is common in Japan. The room was tiny.

The hotel was walkable from the main train station and the room was nice and clean

Room was good, location is great. Easy access to Restaurant and the Entertainment Industry! All Good and worth it!

Having your own aircon makes a huge difference. Room size was good for tokyo.

Location The room looks old, bed is not comfortable, smells bad specially the bathroom and not clean at all.

Hotel is old and needs to be renovated, plus more comfortable beds would be nice.
