Property was spacious, clean, and close to Ueno station and Ueno Park. Staff were responsive and provided clear directions regarding trash, AC, towels etc.

The location was nice. It was close to most places of interest. But not too close. While it's not far from Ueno station, it's still about 8 minutes of walk, and hauling luggages for these distances wasn't great. The drink station on the first floor was nice - you can get coffee and tea on-demand. [Size] The room is very small, but that's to be expected for most hotels in Tokyo. The hotel did not offer any amenities beyond the things in the room. [Bad Customer Service] It's called a hotel but it isn't a real hotel; there isn't a front desk and they will not hold luggages for you if you arrived early. Also, without a front desk, if you need any help, there aren't anyone to help. We ran into a door password issue when we returned to our room late, and we were locked out of the front door at night. The only way to reach them is through the Booking.com chat, and they were EXTREMELY slow to respond. They requested us to record videos and send them emails at 9:30PM!! Of the 40 minutes that it took before they sent us the backup password, they only responded 3(!!!) messages in the chat, which was absolutely unacceptable. Imagine waiting in the dark, outside of the building, and hoping that someone would help. [Misleading Advertising] I would also file a complaint to Booking.com - this place is claiming to be a "hotel" while in reality it is just an AirBnB. This is false advertising and extremely misleading. I was aiming for a regular hotel for the ability to hold luggages and to have a front desk; this pretend hotel doesn't offer any. [Cleanness] The room is overall clean but there is one spot in the middle of the room where it smelled like urine. We can smell it every time we return to the room. [Biased Reviews!] I think all the 5-star reviews here are biased. The room has clear instructions asking for highest rating reviews and not 4-star (or 9/10) reviews (see photo).

location was perfect. close to konbini and train station provide iron would be better since electricity voltage in japan is different
-
location and new no coffee or tea in the room and the restroom exhaust seems to be automatic instead of on/off

It was a very comfortable, clean, and convenient stay. The location was perfect to get to the attractions in the city center. The room was spacious and the facilities were well prepared. As a whole, it was a good experience. Nothing particular.

We booked this hotel last minute as we decided to fly to Tokyo a day earlier and our accomodation in Akihabara didn't have availability. So this was just one night stay but the place was amazing, nice and big, bunk beds which the kids loved, toilet, sink and shower/bath all separate so easy for a family of 4 to get ready. Would stay here again. Can't comment too much on location as we arrived late at night and left the next morning so didn't look take trains or walked anywhere except for the local 7-11 few minutes away. As we were going to arrive late at night, I filtered accomodations with 24 hrs front desk, but to my disappointment this property didn't have 24hrs front desk and no staff on premisses during the time we were there. So listing should be updated. We had an issue with the passkey to get in but that was quickly resolved by calling the number at the door to a remote office, however someone without roaming access may have got stuck. Pillows were very uncomfortable so a few extra options would have been nice.

Great location, great amenities, large room, kitchen available in shared space When we arrived to the property there was a sign that said they did not accept bags before check in or store after check out which was not previously mentioned and the sign said to use bag storage at the train station. Upon contacting the property they permitted an early bag drop off at 1300. After a 15 hour flight plus travel time to hotel from the airport, this was inconvenient. If this was mentioned anywhere on the website or early messaging we would not have chosen this hotel. They were accommodating as they could be but for long distance travelers, be aware.

Dust under the bed

All automated. No front desk and no luggage storage facility

Location and the size of the room was excellent (family of 6). Bathroom amenities were great and it didn’t cause any skin irritation. It would be great if there was an instruction manual on how to separate the rubbish (hope we did correctly). Communication with staff was great, messages were replied to within minutes. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, the room space was perfect for Tokio and the access to the stay was perfect

The place was big and had good value. Location was great and only a few minutes walk from the station and the area had plenty of restaurants, a coin laundry place, and a convenience store nearby. The amenities downstairs with drinks and cups were a plus too. We showed up early but no staff were in the building to let us in and we hadn't received our entry code yet. While it's nice that everything is automated, not having a staff person there to answer questions or direct us can be problematic. Unlike most hotels they do not store luggage for you so we had to find coin lockers nearby which only accepted 100 yen coins so that made it difficult having to carry our luggage around and finding the right amount of change for the lockers.

All was perfect with the hotel

Easy check in and very spacious room. The water sound effect in the toilet was automatic and I couldn’t turn it off.

The place is very clean and really good for family 5 star ✨ Everything is perfect specially the staff is very responsive. Only downside for me is the check in time is very late than the usual booking areas.
