Clean rooms, nothing special, but no any problems. Very conveniently located.

Very close to Ueno station, which on the other side is a nice shopping district that’s active into the night. Only a 25 minute walk from Akihabra, and an hour to Skytree. Rooms are on the smaller side but they’re clean and fairly comfortable.

the staff are very helpful, they always greet you when you leave and arrive and will do extra to help you Tatami is a bit weird but this is not the hotel's fault. Next time I should try their bunker beds

close to Ueno station - pedestrian overpass makes it easy to cross over the large, busy intersection, and close to restaurants and shopping. rooms are small but clean and quiet, window was out to narrow light shaft, security did feel great but did not encounter any issues

So close to ueno station Diff rooms have diff layouts. If u travel with big luggage, better ask staff if the room u get has the space enough to open the luggage wide open while u still can walk in the room.

Close to Ueno, has a family mart just downstairs, family role was decently big to open luggage. Staff were friendly. Nice view of Skytree. Run down with musty smell, extra beds were not very comfortable, expensive and not value for money.

Quieter hotel, tucked away in neighborhood, with access to Family Mart, and close to attractions and shopping…but far enough so you could rest and catch your breath. Nothing, property was great.

Good location, super close to Ueno Station. Right next door to a Family Mart. The room with a private bathroom was more spacious than I expected! Everything was great, except for the dryer. I tried my clothes for over an hour and they still were a little damp.

The person who checked us in was very u accomodating. I asked uf there are regular beds available but he said there are no beds. He was frowning all the time. On of the front deak person
