Since the walls are thin people and people made lots of noises so i couldn't even sleep with the ear plugs on. Otherwise the staff and everything else is lovely

The facilities were nice, the explanation of everything was done clearly and the staff was helpful if something was unclear. There are quite a few stores and metrostations nearby. The staff know enough English to communicate and they're pleasant to talk with. The coffee and breakfast donut are also nice to haves. The mixed dorm beds do have pull down curtains so you have privacy. The healthy & co inside the hostel also has delicious chicken over rice and which goes pretty well with Sapporo beer. The chef at healthy & co is also really nice. My bed had an edge in the frame that was placed a little annoying, but I barely noticed it after the first night and I still slept well.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance of train stations and convenient stores. Everything is very clean and the staff is very nice. There is a lounge area on the ground floor where simple breakfast (donut and instant coffee) is provided. We stayed in a 14-bed room so things can be a bit noisy when people are packing/unpacking. Fortunately everyone was polite and considerate of others.

Amazing place, very close to the train station and Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again. Hard to say I enjoyed my experience overall. I would probably say the washing machine is a little small but if you only have a small amount of clothes to wash it shouldn’t be a problem.

What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I truly appreciated their warm and kind attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located place with amazing people! Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was disappointing due to the poor cleanliness throughout the property. The common areas were often messy and not well maintained. The kitchen, in particular, was dirty almost every time I went to use it – with unwashed dishes, overflowing trash, and sticky surfaces. The bathrooms and showers were also not properly cleaned, which made the stay uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but the lack of hygiene really affected my overall impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleaning standards, as it could make a big difference for future guests.

Best staff, super friendly, clean bathrooms, so happy I booked a second night, and really conveninient location next to a great coffee shop and a few blocks from convenience stores. Honestly, the staff makes it though. Made friends with them, and they made it really easy to make friends with other guests. All good!

The location is excellent: it’s a very calm and peaceful area, yet surrounded by many shops, cafés, and convenience stores. The nearest station is only a 5–7 minute walk, which makes getting around extremely easy. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Koki and Miri for making my stay comfortable and welcoming. I would happily stay again.

The bathrooms were tidy and close to the room. The staff was really nice and the location was convenient to access Electric Town The lockers were a bit dated but the staff helped quickly when I had an issue with my locker. :)

Safe location, cool design for the little sleeping pods, the bathroom and shower stalls were spacious and comfortable, and I liked that the door to the bedroom could lock. Everything about it was nice.
