this hotel is no staff hotel, so we can not store our luggage before check in. but, the allow us put our luggage after 12 am, and check in to the room, but with the condition that the room still be cleaned yet. there is a few stairs before entering the door hotel, if you have big heavy luggage please be prepared.

Location was great, 3 min walk from Sugamo station which is on the yamanote line so easy to travel around Tokyo. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby so very convenient. Vending machines in the building and coin laundry in the basement. Owner was attentive and answered all of our questions. The bathroom was abit dirty. Couldn’t figure out the aircon or it didn’t go below 18° so the room was very hot.

Location was good, close to the station and easy to find. Private bathroom. Room a bit small and basic, but I guess that's the standard in Tokyo

No staff and we waited 2hrs and 30mins to get into the room because the room code was wrong.

I don’t usually complain about cleanliness but some parts like the wardrobe and back of the sink are really dusty and the aircon definitely needs cleaning. Also I found this bug twice. Also the wi-fi seems to be limited which might be a factor if you plan to work/stream there.

Convenient location on the JR Yamanote line and a very short walk from the station. Small room but comfortable, and the host communicated over the app regularly.
