We were unaware of what "adult only" meant when we booked, which is a hotel that you can rent by the hour. That being said the staff was very nice, the location and value was great, and it seemed to be clean. I would not book again now that i know what it means but is my fault for not investigating further.

The amenities are amazing, the staff are very helpful and its in a very convenient area right next to Otsuka station. The room also has a lot of space especially compared to most Japanese hotels. Everything was good

The location is right outside a train station on the Yamanote line, which covers all the important spots in Tokyo! The rooms was spacious and spa bath was amazing, stark contrast to what you can get with similar budget.

Free laundry was super convenient. Staff was really nice and asked us if we wanted our room cleaned every morning. Super clean rooms and very very spacious. AMAZING value. It was a 2 minute walk to the Otsuka train station, 7/11, McDonald's, family mart, and don quijote. Excellent location

Loved this hotel! Stayed here for two weeks for our trip to Japan. The room was so spacious, the amenities such as free laundry and toiletries were great. They even had free wine one night. Service was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location, it was nearby the Metro station, also beautiful place and you can eat food anytime in the 24 open restaurant near the Hotel. Nothing to say. It was very good.

The location is excellent Safe Clean Big space In the center and many restaurants in the area Its a Love Hotel consider that before booking. We had such a good stay. I think their room for tourists are separate in floors to those who are staying for a short time. So all is good

Please be careful: I got allergic to the hotel water (it's strictly individual, I guess the problem is in the water hardness: the minerals and salts in the water caused rash).

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom products are amazing The laundry service not good, the only have a washing machine but no dryer (the washing machine has a dryer option but it’s one of those with cold air so it doesn’t dry at all)

I loved ordering delicious food to my room, and the wonderful balloons and card they had for my girlfriend for her birthday. The room was spacious, with a huge tub and super clean. The employees were extremely kind and very efficient. So many amenities with shampoo, conditioner, cleanser, robes, etc etc. So close to the station and a family mart right next door.

Super duper convenient and near the train station. LOTS OF GOOD FOOD NEAR BY TOO! Mattress was a little uncomfortable but for it’s value, still a great place!

Very spacious and comfortable room. Located near train station, in short distance from metro station and many shops and restaurants in the area, really recommend. We are very thankful for all staff in hotel, they helped us with luggage transport, perfect contact and service!!!! Really recommend for visit in Tokyo. Smell could be a bit better in the room
