The room was large, by Tokyo standards. There was room for two suitcases to both be open with room to move about. The afternoon snacks were a nice perk, and proximity to Tokyo Station was a major plus. Not too many restaurants in the immediate area. And would have liked more savoury (I.e., not sweet) options at the afternoon tea.

And the Ginza line at the doorstep from Kyobashi station is another bonus for getting around all of Tokyo. Many day tours start from Tokyo station which is a 10-15mins walk. Walking distance to all the shopping hubs of Ginza, Tokyo station. It's a office area with so many good local places for meals around. We took the corner room and it was quite good in size when compared with Tokyo hotels. The lounge services like evening tea, coffee, happy hours and dinner are also excellent. Should mention the bag weighing scale in the reception is a very considerate option provided. Overall I was happy with the stay and would surely recommend it to all.

Only one front desk staff member was not friendly or welcoming but the rest of staff members there were excellent.

Be honestly shower. So comfortable. Staff were super nice and helpful. Location was very good and close major things like trains and Tokyo station By mistake I reserved room in smoking area even though I don’t smoke and don’t like smell.

This hotel is an almost unbeatable location for proximity to Ginza shopping. The location is also close to train lines for exploring beyond Ginza. Solid location for finding food and coffee, especially in the morning. As expected from Tokyo hotels, rooms were a little small but could fit two people.

Loved the coffee ans snacks in the afternoon as well as happy hour and evening rice soup. Air conditioning and hot showers worked well. Rooms had a safe and pajamas as well as slippers. Japanese hotel rooms are small. No real closet ans no drawers to put clothes away. We had an extra TV but didn't use it as it only had Japanese TV channels

Location The hotel is old and dirty. Walls are dirty, curtains are dirty… I saw a cockroach in the corridor… For sure not a good relation for the price they charge
