Western Style Bathroom with shower and the massage seat. Right in front of a subway station and near several stores at Ginza. 5 min from Tokyo station as well.

The shower was located in a high bathtub, which may be difficult for some guests to step into. Grab bars or handrails would improve accessibility and safety.

Location is great, super close to Ginza (within walking distance) and subway is literally outside the hotel. Comfortable, modern and clean. Room even has a massage chair. A++

Nothing particular. The room was extremely small for the price. When I entered, the air felt stuffy and the room could have benefited from better ventilation. There was no bathtub—only a shower. As a Japanese guest who enjoys soaking in a bath at the end of the day, I found this quite disappointing.

The location is perfect. There is a subway station right down the street. There was a massage chair in the room which was great after long days of walking. It was a little noisy with a busy street outside.

Staff were extremely courteous, food was very good, room was very nice, and the location was convenient since the entrance to the subway is right in front of the hotel.

Only the location. Near walk o Tokyo Train Station. Staff are not helpful. Rooms are very small with the price we paid for the room. No bellboy to help with large luggages. Hotel not geared for tourist. This hotel is well suited for individual who has business in that particular area. Not suited for tourist especially the hotel.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, laundry machine availability, comfortable bedding. Couldn’t really fit a big suitcase in the room (Typical Japanese compact room)

Almost everything was great, like location, value, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, staff and comfort. Dining, shopping and entertainment were easy to find. We need more space to open two large luggage. By moving the massage chair, we could just fully open one luggage. I believe with more ingenuity, the safe deposit and mini fridge could be moved off the floor, extend the table and placed a cupboard above the table. In that way, two large baggage can be opened under the table by moving away the chair.

location and surrounding . Therooms were clean Rome was small , massage chair should be option , as i used the same to keep my luggage
